Tonight, I ordered two dinners and want to keep this brief because I’m ready to eat. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger well done. When I got home and sat down to eat it, I found it was pink. I took it back for a replacement. When I returned home again to enjoy my burger, I noticed there was no bacon on it. This is incredibly frustrating. I called the restaurant to report the issue, but no one is issuing a refund for the missing bacon. All I want is what I paid for— no free sandwich and no remakes, just exactly what I ordered. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with my burger; I always specify well done, and it’s usually pink. Most of the time, I accept it, but today I am firm about my preference. I want my burger cooked to my specifications as I ordered. DAMN

I think our server was new because she forgot about us a few times, it was not busy on a late Friday night. We ordered drinks and apps and dessert. It took quite a while for the drinks to come then we waited for the food. Then we waited for the bill and finally waited for the change. What should have been 30 mins tops, as our apps were to go, turned into and hour plus.
The new Espresso martini is soooo good I hope they keep it awhile!

This navy veteran appreciates the free meal AND beer I had. My burger was super juicy and delicious, the fries were crispy, the beer was cold. My waitress was super friendly and amazing. Thank you!

This time, we had the grilled chicken dinner with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was very good (and low calorie too). The service was friendly and great. The prices are quite reasonable. I highly recommend.

There was a big fella with a beard and his service needs work I had to drink my wife’s drink just to get through my meal because no matter how far I sat my empty cup out there it wasn’t getting filled then he asked if we wanted dessert and ow yeah do want more to drink come on man get better we still tipped so I don’t think he realized. So other than feeling like we had to ration our drink we enjoyed the food the atmosphere the people around just not our waiter guess we should have ordered alcohol he would kept that full so he could pump up the check. I appreciate the owner for reaching out i do I don’t need freebies you need to just fix the guy that waited on us he ruined a great meal

First time to order from Applebee’s Grill & Bar and the food was good. I ordered a Neighborhood burger with fries and the burger was tasty, fries were just normal nothing special. Also got ketchup, mayo and mustard. 4 stars is the best rating for Applebee’s.

Wouldn’t know if food was good, sat there for 10 minutes waiting for a waitress to take drink orders, waited 30 minutes to get our drinks. After waiting even longer and no one taking our food order we ended up paying for our drinks and leaving. Not a busy night, watched servers sitting behind the bar talking the entire time. As a server myself, this was beyond ridiculous.

We came in for dinner tonight (10/26/25) and we were sat in the bar area. The manager was serving us which I found interesting as it didn’t seem too busy that a server couldn’t take us as a table. The manager then proceeded to talk down to me and over explain a drink promotion even asking me were exactly I had heard about it. I felt this was very rude when he could’ve just said no and turned me towards other promotional drinks for this season. I did not need the lecture I am not on your clock! We ordered our food and our appetizer was good and my food was good but my boyfriend’s burger was cooked wrong and every substitution requested was ignored. The manager couldn’t tell the difference between our burgers, something he should’ve known before the food left the window. My water wasn’t even full for most of my meal and the reorder on different food took so long and this manager was so rude we didn’t even want to stay for my boyfriend to eat. We will not be returning to this location. You should not be stealing tables from your servers just to give terrible service and act like it’s your customers fault instead of taking accountability. If our food had been comped and apologies had been made I would not be sitting here writing this but obviously this man who has been put in charge has lost all sense of hospitality. I hope for the sake of the other employees this behavior is checked by someone in upper management.

Normally I gave very good experience at Applebee’s. This time however my server was not good at all . We didn’t get any refills until we asked for them ( but our cups were empty ) . I was ordering food to go and I told her I’d let her know when to put it on , however she had them put it on anyways , so my food to go was cold when it got home.

I normally eat in. Today I ordered online, but for some reason the order was not received. My card was charged and immediately reversed. I then called to speak with the manager. He took my order and was ready very fast! Food: the Shrimp Fettuccine was over the top delicious. The Chicken Parm was excellent. I love shrimp so requested extra. There was so much, I had a hearty lunch the next day. The combination of spices were perfect. Breadsticks at Applebees is beyond comparison. Most places have sticks that cannot be reheated and taste good. Applebees Breadsticks are even better the day after. Take extra home, you won’t regret it. I found the Manager to be very attentive and polite. There is plenty of parking available. Including handicap. My top of the list go-to for my shrimp pasta craving.
