I ordered my food ahead of time for take out. It was a simple order. The soup and bread bowl were fine for the price. But we also got a large Southwest BBQ salad that was not fine. As you can see, there was barely any lettuce or chicken. We paid 14.79 for this. We double checked with the staff that this was the large salad and they said yes.
This seems to be a common problem for this location based on the other reviews. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I went to this location on Monday and had a fantastic experience! I ordered a turkey sandwich for the first time, and it was SO good. The girl working that day was kind, patient, and super helpful since it was my first visit. I left really impressed and excited to come back.
Unfortunately, when I returned today, it was the complete opposite experience. Sofia (or Sophia) was working the drive-thru, and from the start, she was extremely impatient. Before I could even finish saying “turkey sandwich,” she interrupted with “Is that it?” Her tone made me feel like I was a burden for simply ordering. I’m already a pretty shy and anxious person, so her attitude immediately made me uncomfortable.
I wanted to get a meal, but since I wasn’t sure about the side options, I hoped she’d help me out, but she clearly didn’t have the time or interest. Feeling rushed, I just picked a random side and pie to get it over with. The customer service from Sofia was shockingly poor and completely unprofessional.
Then came the food. I specifically asked for no onion, and instead I received a sandwich with extra onion and no turkey. For a $22 meal, I don’t mind paying that if the quality and care are there, but this felt like I got the scraps from the bottom of the pan. It was honestly insulting for the price.
I tried calling to speak with a manager, and Clarissa answered. Unfortunately, she had the same dismissive attitude, which only added to my frustration. After how rude Sofia had been, I didn’t have the energy to deal with more attitude, so I hung up.
Overall, this visit was extremely disappointing. What started as a new favorite spot quickly turned into a place I don’t plan to return to. Both Sofia and Clarissa could really benefit from proper customer service training. The experience was unacceptable, and the quality of the food did not match the price.

I got the breakfast combo with the sausage egg croissant and cup of cheddar broccoli soup with a chai tea latte. Everything was delicious. Very nice atmosphere and very nice employees.

Family went to have breakfast. Wanted to split an order of French toast Paid $1.50 for extra strawberries and we got a total of 5 slices of strawberries. SAD. Staff were not very friendly, indifferent. The food tasted good, but will think twice about going again.

this location sucks. They always screw up my simple order. I ordered Turkey Bacon Avocado salad and they gave me something else. ordered three extra dressings and they only put two in the bag. This happened too many times and I kept going back hoping that they make improvement and pay a little bit attention to details. But no – it seems like the service is getting worse. Never going back.

Great food, desserts, unlimited breakfast French toast, and great atmosphere. The only thing this place could work on is maybe customer service. No one really smiles or look happy. Not always welcoming. Just smile more please

They packed my food for Uber to pick up. They Do NOT seal the containers or bagged order. Unable to know if food was tampered with. My Uber driver “accidentally” forgot my dessert with my order that he said had fallen out of the bag. I called and he drove back, but at that point I’m afraid to eat it. Tie the bagged order in a knot and place sealed stickers on the food containers Kneaders.

This is my wife’s favorite sandwich shop but on this Day 08/30/2024 totally missed it’s marked. I know inflation is hitting everyone but dang how can you charge what you do for this and even send it out. This makes subway look like a gourmet sandwich. Do better and train better.

We’ve been to this location two times and overall it’s decent. The staff are always very nice and the restaurant is clean. We’ve tried a variety of items. Last time we came, I had a breakfast sandwich that had very little flavor. The croissant it came on was delicious, though. My husband loves the cinnamon rolls from here. They are large and warm and the cream cheese frosting is great.
On our most recent visit, I ordered an omelette, which turned out to be scrambled eggs with some toppings. It tasted great, but it definitely wasn’t an omelette. They do not have WiFi, which is a bummer because we would probably sit here for an afternoon and work if they did.
I love that they have free samples so you can try a variety of their breads. I would love to come back and try some of their soups!
