The ground beef burrito was a salty grease 4 inch dissatisfaction. The carne asada fries.. was unsalted fries with cheese and approximately 6-8 small strings of I’m guessing meat.
I asked 2 different waitresses for napkins and a refill on our sodas. Neither happened.
No one EVER ASKED HOW WE’RE DOING. The restaurant was less than half full.
We drove 3 hours for date night as we both love the little shops in Chino valley and Prescott.

I was there with my husband last Saturday. Everything is very clean, the staff is very friendly, and the food is excellent. We ate chicken and shredded beef chimichangas. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be back.

The shredded beef in the tacos had a strange flavor. The rice tasted like frozen rice and beans tasted like from a can. We both felt it was over priced. My husbands enchilada was good but agreed on the rice and beans.

Usually really good our service this particular night was a little slow and it wasn’t that busy. We never saw our server after we got our meal never got any refills on drinks. Food was good as usual

Ordered $143.00 worth of food today, was told 15-20 min wait which turned into over 45 mins. I wanted to check the order but the girl insisted she packed it and it was correct. I leave and she chases me down to tell me she forgot an order. I drive 20 mins back to the office only to find the order all wrong. I called to let them know and the same girl argues with me that I didn’t say no cheese on anything. She gets her manager who is even less help and tells me she can’t do anything unless I bring the incorrect food back. I can’t afford 40+ more minutes and she said well then I can’t help you and HUNG UP ON ME! I spent $143.00 and that’s what you tell the customer??? No offer for a refund or to bring me the correct food. Not to mention we ordered a pint of salsa that the top was not correctly put on and 80% of it spilled so no one got any salsa. This will be the last time I order from there.

One of the best meals we have had. We arrived about 12 noon,not busy yet, Saturday brunch, meal one carne asada taco plate, second plate was green tamale with chili relleno plate, desert was flan absolutely perfect meal, service was fast ,very polite waitress. Highly recommend we will be going back.

First and last time eating here. Beef tacos had a rancid taste and was soaked with grease. Salsa was as bland as I’ve ever tasted I kind of expected this place to not come close to Avillas or dozens of other Mexican restaurants in Southern California. The waitress was nice though which was the one good thing. The owner is not savy enough to respond to even the positive reviews. Arturos will survive until a real Mexican restaurant comes to town. I rate del taco much higher than this place hands down and that’s saying something. Canned beef anyone?
