Customer service sucks there. I KINDLY asked about the grinch meal, and whoever is taking the orders said they did not have it. I asked about the mcshaker fries since that IS on the menu, and the worker, told me they did not and dismissed me by telling me to have to a goodnight. Ma’am whoever you are, give your customers time to see if they want anything else. Whoever irritated you tonight, please don’t take it out on your customers because you could’ve called out and could’ve had a better night than what you’re having now. I understand why fast food restaurants in this area aren’t as busy now. You put new items on the menu to entice customers but hire workers who dont want to be there and make it obvious that they dont.

Attempted to place an order through the drive thru on Saturday, 1/10 around 10 am and no one ever responded! Granted they were busy, but I sat at the speaker a few minutes before I said hello and still waited before repeating. Nothing! The car behind me left and I did as well. Fortunately, I was in the outer drive thru side versus the inner, otherwise I would have been stuck! Very poor customer service.

I placed an order on the app, when I pulled in the drive thru woth my partner, the people inside didnt acknowledge us for about 3-4 minutes, when they finally did they quickly said “hold on a minute.” Then proceeded to ignore us once again, my partner finally decided to park &go inside. Once he was inside he found all the employees just standing around talking, zero line inside &also no line in the drive thru. These employees have no regard for their customers.

I ask for my order fresh at the order window. My nuggets were not fresh , I was asked to pull up . Waiting on a fresh 6 piece nugget the rest of my order was cold. Ask if entire order could be remade correctly. Order was still not fresh .

Went to this location the day after Christmas at night called to let the store know my burger was raw. Finally got a taste for McDonald’s again and tried to get a new burger and was denied because of no receipt. The pictures had the date and time but they didn’t make any note of it like I was told over the phone.

I placed a mobile order to pick up through the drive thru and my order was wrong. I went back through the line because they didn’t give me any of the fries I ordered and my burgers were made wrong. After going back to get it fixed I left without a burger, a burnt burger and fries. This is ridiculous I was polite and I got this. The burger was in edible because it was burnt so bad.

They have lost their way. Asked for a sandwich and a drink and she could not understand why I did not want to the meal and kept asking me to change what came on the sandwich. I kept saying I want the sandwich they way out is made. No changes. Very poor service since they are trying to change to kiosk only others.
