The food is great.
The service is cordial and very explanatory when you need help while ordering. The server was very helpful and patient.
I LOVED THE QUIET ATMOSPHERE! The lights are deemed and each table has wall divisions which also makes the restaurant look like a maze. My husband hated the walls and the maze, he also mentioned that he felt crowded and hidden. I can see how that is not the ideal place for an extrover who likes to live surrounded by people and the louness of the world. I am an introvert and in my perspective… that gave us more privacy, and the noise never got so loud. We were the first table to arrive for dinner and when we left, the whole restaurant seemed pretty full! We never noticed tanks to the structure of the restaurant, and i do appreciate that. I think we got a table at the very end of the restaurant and we could only hear the two tables on our sides and while making our way out is when i realized how helpful the divisions are and that is very thoughtful. I say the atmosphere succeeded my expectations.

Amazing experience and food! We ordered the 4 course meal for 2. The fiesta cheese is unbelievably good. Our server Lily was phenomenal. This was our first time trying The Melting Pot and I can’t wait to return.

Took my wife here last night for her birthday. We hadn’t bee here in years. We had a 7:15 reservation and we were seated on time. Thre was an issue with the seating- my wife is only 4’7″ tall and had trouble with the tabe being so high. The manager came up with a solution to boost her up so she could comfortably eat. Our server Jason was very attentive. We just did the cheese and the entree courses since the full 4 course meal would have been too much food for us to eat. Everything was tasty- I had the steak lovers entree and she had the create yoir own with salmon, shrimp and ravioli. She added a lobster tail. We were both very full at the end of the meal. Since it was her birthday and we did not order dessert they sent us home with some chocolate covered strawberries. We will be back again!!

My Husband and I eloped Monday December 29th. We chose The Melting Pot for our wedding dinner, and it was absolutely perfect in every way. From the moment we walked in, we felt celebrated and taken care of. The atmosphere was intimate, romantic, and ideal for such a meaningful night.

Wow! Such a wonderful cuisine. Even though the average experience here takes 2 hours, it is so worth it. Thank you all the staffing for being so kind and patient for us. For a couple I would suggest just 1 entree and 1 dessert due to how filling they are. This is always a go to spot for my family. Thank you melting pot!

My husband and I have been coming to The Melting Pot for years, and tonight was the first time we had Cherokee as our server. What an absolute delight.
He was attentive without being overbearing, personable, genuinely funny, and made the entire experience feel relaxed and special from start to finish. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does, and that energy makes such a difference.
We’ve always loved dining here, but Cherokee truly elevated our experience tonight. We will definitely be requesting him the next time we come in.

Our server Jake was super friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The food was awesome and a lot of it. It is definitely an experience plan on being there between two and a half to three hours. We got the four course dinner and it was on special. You start with a cheese fondue of your choice, then a salad of your choice, then a meet selection with vegetables of your choice, and then a chocolate fondue of your choice. It is truly a unique place. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the seating because the seats kind of sunk and were low. Not great for shorter people.

It was our first time in this restaurant and we loved the Switzerland cooking style. The cheese was unique and tasty. The waitress guided us through all the menu and explained what she was putting on the pots.
We ordered two four course meal, each meal is supposed to be for two people but we were seven and we were full and we had some left overs, I think it is enough for three but of course that depends on how much you eat.
Reserve ahead of time, they are busy! We were lucky, another party canceled last minute and we could get a quick reservation.
In general food quality was super good.
I would suggest to have a bigger variety of skewers colors so big parties don’t get confused when cooking.
