I had avoided this Sonic for literal years because of so many bad experiences. I figured a drink couldn’t be too hard of an ask so I went through drive. I had to repeat my order 3 times while this girl just kept acting like she was bored and made me repeat it again and again. I waited almost 20 minutes before she came out while there were others in line and she handed me my receipt and read off my order. I pull out to the light and I about puked. I ordered a half cut tea add lemon. I’ve never been so disgusted to suck up doctor pepper through my straw. I don’t drink sodas at all so this was foul. I pull back in and pull into a spot to have my drink remade. I had to press the button 3 different times because the light went off. A car pulls in beside me and in less than a minute someone takes their order. I press the button again and wait. Nothing happens so I get back in drive. I pull up and tell her there was a mistake etc. etc. She says “oh you can just pull around” I wait for my turn and since she did not bother to ring me up for the correct order and zero it out, there’s nothing on the screen so she walks off like she has forgotten already. She opens the window and goes so you don’t want the Doctor Pepper? I said no and she demanded I give her the drink back that’s in my cup holder. My husband likes DP and would have gladly drank it. She remakes my drink after the whole process has taken over 30 minutes and doesn’t bother to apologize or offer any compensation for the whole ordeal. We already took a drink out of the DP so why do you need it back? This place is run by a bunch of snotty teenagers who are more worried about giving you an attitude than doing their jobs. No manager to be found and I don’t know how they are still running. It has been this way for years and until they get it together I will not be returning. The one on Nashville road is genuinely one of if not the best fast food places we have in BG. The food is always quick, fresh and the staff is so sweet. Maybe this place could use a few lessons from them.

It’s sad because this sonic is the closest to where we live in bowling green and it is literally the worst. My wife and I went and got breakfast here this morning. It took about three tries in the drive thru for the girl to get our order. Once we received the order, most of it was wrong. This seems to happen all the time at this location. I would recommend driving to another location in town and not wasting your money here.

Love their sonic breakfast burritos, tots, bacon, chili cheese fries, soft pretzels only. I wish they did have the quazo cheese to dip them in instead of the. I don’t know yellow cheddar whatever. it is so much better with queso. all in all servers are always polite, helpful. no long wait for your food and they’re supersonic breakfast burritos are my favorite with the jalapenos in it. oh my God and they’re big. it’s not like getting a breakfast burrito at McDonald’s. that’s smaller than a burrito you can buy in the store. they’re really big. they fill you up. love them!

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, however horrible food and horrible sevice every single time I visit this Sonic. I kept going back thinking I ordered at a bad time or they may be short staffed. But it hasn’t failed me every time I go to this sonic it takes way longer than it should, the food is never up to par, slushie drinks always have way more syrup needed to make the drink, rendering them undrinkable, it’s hard to enjoy something when it’s unenjoyable! And the time I’ve spent waiting for my food, it should be hot and fresh. Nope never is and just tonight I had a smashburger that had mounds of seasoning it was gritty from the seasoning and my tots were cold but swimming in at least 3 table spoons oil from the fryer. It seemed intentional, a joke or disgruntled employee idk? I’m done wasting money on food and drinks I never get to enjoy.

I do not leave bad reviews, but giving 1 star is being very generous. I have never had such a bad experience at a restaurant as this one. After our order, later that night- 2/3 of the people were having bad stomach problems after eating this food. We stopped here to get queso fries. The girl asked what size we wanted, we placed an order for a large. When we got to the window, they quickly gave us the order and closed the window as soon as they could. We checked to make sure our order was correct and the amount of fries that we received was not even enough to fully cover the bottom of the fry box. we paid $12 for this. (It wasn’t just 1 order, it was 3!!!!) we knocked on the window and waited for a girl to assist us, she said she could remake them again but they only came in 1 size and it would look the same. We asked if they could at least put enough in to cover the box, she said No!!!! Such a RIP OFF. The queso fries were drenched in ranch, did not have any queso flavoring at all. they were almost sour. The rest of the food that we got was freezing cold. We waited in line for almost an hour for this. People were leaving left and right because they weren’t receiving service. The service was absolutely ridiculous. I love sonic, but this location needs to generously check the staff that they have working for them and confirm that the customers are receiving a meal worth paying for. Being extremely “Busy” is not a reason to half give to the customers that you are serving.

The food was so thrown together it looked like they didn’t even try. I sit at the speaker for 45 minutes before anyone ever even answered and then it took another 30 minutes at least to get my food to me the server that answered the speaker was ungodly rude I wouldn’t recommend this particular location to anyone I’m saying it’s only suitable for two people cuz any more than that seems to overload them

Food was fine. The woman who took my order was a sweetie.

The man who brought put my order to me heckled me for parking too far for his liking. He started yelling out halfway to my car about how there was so much space for me to park and continued to heckle me through our interaction. I tried to take it lightly (I thought he was trying to have some fun) and made a joke about how my tip (which he did thank me for, the only nice thing he said to me) was to cover him walking so far (read: literally an extra 15 seconds of his time) and he flat-out said “No it wasn’t.” As he was walking away from the vehicle he called back “Next time park closer.”

Listen, my entire job is customer service. I understand being inconvenienced by a customer. I understand I was parked further than was probably necessary, and I would have been maybe a little irritated myself if I was in his shoes. I just wanted to get some food after a long day. The very person hired to bring food out to me was here harassing me and getting irritated when I tried to save the atmosphere. Also like who cares if I parked too far for your liking?? Dawg you don’t know why I chose to park there.

Just left such a bad taste in my mouth. You just don’t speak to people like that, nevermind customers. I don’t really care if people in customer service jobs smile or have a pleasant attitude but just don’t repeatedly bring up the small thing a customer did to irritate you to them.

I had one of the Smashburger combos with fries and a drink. I ordered my sandwich with no pickles and no onions and it arrived exactly as I ordered.
The amazing part is the fries were *perfectly* done, normally fries everywhere else are little too raw, but they were perfect here! I can’t remember the last time I’ve had perfectly finished french fries! I was thrilled!
Beyond that my order came out quickly.

The double cheese burger I ordered was absolutely drenched in grease!! There was so much The bun was soggy and it was not eat able. This sonic is definitely the worst in town with the quality of food they serve. How someone can wrap that up and think it’s ok to hand to a customer is insane!! I understand a burger does produce grease but it shouldn’t be served like this one.
