Listen, I get that I came at 10 before they close at 11. I’ll give you that. But I just got into town on a trip and it was walking distance from my hotel. And I’m not complaining for anything free, because truth be told I may never be able to walk in a Chipotle’s again.
I’m also not someone with a refined taste pallet. I don’t have boujie taste buds. But I write this as a PSA and a plea. Please stop feeding that adobe chicken to humans. First of all if that’s not what it’s called, I’m sorry, when I asked the employee he shrugged and said “it’s chicken.” When I asked the difference between the two chickens he literally told me he didn’t know. I wish he had just said that chicken has evil in it.
I have never eaten anything that so severely offended my taste buds. And that includes my own cooking, which is usually not great.
I have no judgement for you because it’s bad. Sometimes a recipe is just a miss. But please take the L and pull that from the menu. That’s a crime against food. And no, it’s not the spiciness that sat my tongue ablaze. No it’s the taste. It’s offensive. It’s so offensive that if it were a joke at work you’d be in HR for telling it.

Good service! Good food. They just need to help out a little more when checking out because I was so confused at what went through and not on charges. I’m glad the manager helped me out though! My client was happy with her food

Just left there. Went in and let the staff know I was gluten free and dairy free. They were way more than accommodating. They took my issues seriously, washed hands, changed gloves, changed spoons, asked questions I hadn’t even thought of. Would definitely have to say this was THE BEST experience I’ve had at a Chipotle, and when we travel, this is a staple for me because of my dietary restrictions. I hope all of the staff at this location gets a huge raise and has a merry Christmas!!

Ive been seeing this lately at many restaurants but the cleanliness of these places has drastically gone down. Not sure if the workers no longer want to work anymore or if its lack of responsibility from the franchise owner/managers but the restaurants themselves are absolutely filthy and disgusting. What a shame to see how you have to eat nowadays in an establishment full of trash and food on the floors as if it is something normal. Bathrooms smell like urine. Food itself is not bad and tastes good but the overall appearance of the establishment is filthy.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit was disappointing. The employee serving food appeared disengaged and handled the food carelessly, which made customers feel more like an inconvenience than guests.
One staff member did make an effort to clean up the drink station, which I appreciated, but basic items like napkins were already unavailable when I arrived. Overall, the experience lacked the care, dignity, and pride in work that once felt commonplace in the Midwest and increasingly feels absent in everyday restaurant service.

Recently me and my fiancé have been consistently ordering food from this location as it’s very close to home and we love chipotle! Do NOT come here past 5 p.m! We typically order online to earn the points and free items and whatever order we submit is typically spot on except when we place an order later in the day. We just picked up our food off of a mobile order and half the items I had put on my burrito weren’t even on there! The other half was very cheap portions which is not typically like them. When we walked in the place was extremely dirty and all of the employees were busy closing the line early and pretended we weren’t even there. The customer service was poor the food quality was way below average and the overall experience was terrible. We will not be coming back to this location and advise anyone in the area not to order here unless it’s before 5pm and you place your order in restaurant and can watch it being made. Go to any other location! They need a whole new night crew!

It pains me to write anything about a place I love so much, but I have to be honest. I ordered a bowl tonight to use my double protein award and I was disappointed. I have previously left this particular location three times to go to another one because they were “out” of the veggies (peppers and onions) which they just did not have prepared. That is what “out” means. Tonight they were out again but I was too tired to go out of my way to another location. Also the serving area was atrocious. I know the staff can get in a hurry and a spill can happen but if I were to order a burrito I would not even want the tortilla on paper on this counter. The food even had time to dry hard around the area. The seating and drink area were also trashed and messy, not one clean table. Is there no one responsible for the dine in area? I hope these concerns get addressed rapidly or I will find another Chipotle to frequent.

Consistently the worst Chipotle I’ve been to, but I go because it’s right by my house. The workers hardly ever say anything to you and get mad when customers go in. I was once actually stared down by a worker and he was complaining that I was there an hour before they closed. Today I went in and this girl with piercings on her face gave me half a scoop of rice, beans, and the carne asada..I legit could have gotten a bigger burrito at Taco Bell, but I was spending close to $15 on this one.
