The staff was friendly and quick. My food came out perfectly. The Oreo blizzard is my favorite. I really liked their onion rings. They were crispy and fresh. They also had a lot of ice cream cakes on hand. The restaurant was clean.

My kids and I have never eaten in a Dairy Queen, but we were meeting some friends there and decided to eat inside the restaurant before we went over to Bass Pro shop. We were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was, but also how incredible the service was. Our kids were definitely hyper and excited and yet the staff was so kind and patient and friendly and helpful. Specifically Aubrey and Serenity. We received first class service and because it was going so well, we decided to stay for the ice cream as well. Anytime we go to Bass Pro shop. We are going to make it tradition that we also eat at this Dairy Queen because they are so family friendly. Thank you, Aubrey and Serenity for all of your help and great service!

I ordered ahead which did me no good because I still had to wait for my order to be ready. Besides the extended wait, they gave me someone else’s old burger. It was cold and rock hard. The kids working were having such a good time they forgot to actually do their job.

DQ was the fast food winner after we gassed up next door to finish or trip home.
It was a good choice. First off, the ice cream was brought out first!
Hubby got the strawberry sundae, daughter got the Oreo blizzard and I trued the peppermint hot chocolate blizzard. Very tasty treat, had the whipped cream in top with candy cane sprinkles. The chocolate ice cream had peppermint chunks and chocolate flakes throughout it. Very, very yummy!
They brought our food to the table, which you rarely have happen. Everything was prepared as ordered and delicious.
We tried the pretzel sticks, I think I was too full to fully appreciate them.
The store and the restrooms were very clean.
After today’s experience, I’ll be seeking dairy queen out more often!

I definitely order a burger and got chicken stripe on 2 buns and asked for parmesan garlic chicken strips and got no sauce and drive thru person wasn’t all there like they were in and out of sleeping

I pulled up to the drive thru right about 930. lights were still on, Google said they close at 1000. the speaker said someone would be with me shortly. about 20 seconds later the lights turned off. I drove to the window and the employee told me they close at 930. fortunately, a new culvers opened up a couple hundred yards away and they are open until midnight.

This location was horribly maintained and operated. The utensil station was missing lids, had exploded ketchup packets and visible soda spills across the entire surface. Most of the tables were disgusting and had food remnants. Our order was mixed with another patron and took quite a bit of sorting out. Very disorganized kitchen staff. When it was finally figured out some of the food wasn’t even warm, like it had been sitting for an extended period of time. Rude staff did not help the situation either. Not worth your time or money at this location.

This used to be the best dairy Queen, and I don’t know what changed a few months ago, but now it’s super unorganized, and they put anything random in the blizzard that they feel like at the time I think. I ordered a chocolate covered strawberry blizzard, why am I chewing on brownies squares? More than halfway done now, not a strawberry in sight. It’s like brownie pieces and chocolate dip pieces.
I couldn’t turn around and go back because I went through right before closing time, on my way home from work. I put it in the freezer until I was ready to sit down and eat.
