This Panera is a great location, the decor is bright and alive and they even have a cozy fire place to sit next to. You can order at the 3 kiosks or the front counter. The food came out quick and great! I got the new beef dipper, and my wife got the veggie saandwich. The food was flavorful and fresh! I would definitely come back to this location again.

Ordered at drive thru. Gave us wrong sandwich. The other sandwich had very chewy and fatty chicken. Was discusting. The wrong sandwich they gave us was old and soggy. So discusting. Quality at this location is horrible now.

Omg this was the worst Panera bread experience I’ve had…. I ordered grilled cheese with tomato soup…the sandwich was disgusting, cheese was rock solid and tasted burnt. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich and it had no chicken in it. Literally threw out the entire meal in garbage and wasted our money. Please make sure you have people’s orders correct and give good quality food because people word hard for their money. I tried contacting store several times no one answered.

Stopped in this Panera restaurant for a quick bowl of mac-n-cheese, on Saturday at 5:10 PM (Nov. 8) but never got it. After waiting 40 minutes, I canceled my order (which took another 12 minutes to complete). Employees were overwhelmed with in-house orders, drive-through, and online. Corporate should allow them to turn off-online ordering when the in-house orders are backed-up.

I came through the drive through one late evening this week to get dinner for myself and my niece and the server gave me the wrong order. I had ordered two meals and there was only a Mac n cheese and a bag of chips in the bag I didn’t notice until I got to her house 30 minutes later. So now we had no dinner and it was too late to go somewhere else I called the next day and talked to the manager Tim. He said he couldn’t give me a refund over the phone so I would have to come back to the store. I went back and waited 15 minutes while Tim did the refund. He handed me the receipt with no apology or anything. I asked if he could do anything for my trouble. He said I could take a cookie. Well, I left the cookie and will take my business elsewhere. Very poor customer service in my opinion!

It is discouraging to watch workers lack of enthusiasm at their jobs these days. Panera needs to work on training their employees better because customers are always watching.
I’ve been to many Panera locations. Generally upon check out, the person working the register asks, “would you like to add a drink or pastry? Is there anything else I can get for you”. That was not the case here. I had to ask about adding extra stuff because the worker was just punching the buttons.
As we waited for our food, we watched a different worker sweep the same section of the floor for over 5 minutes while just pushing around crumbs. There were other tables and sections that needed attention and it was not the most sanitary place.
Our food was decent. I did notice the avocado on my Southwest Chicken Ranch Salad was browning. The Mexican Street Corn Chowder soup was hot and flavorful, but the bread was stale. A bowl of Creamy Tomato Soup my husband was served, was slopping down the outside of the bowl before he picked it up from the counter.
Also kinda discouraging that Panera has limited their options on the teas available in the fountain drink area. This location is definitely in need of TLC in more ways than one.

Ordered extra avocado on sandwich and got same amount of avocado as regular sandwich but was charged the $1.79 for it . Ordered thru drive through. Understandably today was very busy. Inside and in drive through. But if you pay for something , should expect to get it.
