So look. All I can say is when I went around midnight I had to wait a couple minutes. But it was totally worth it. The chili cheese fries were fresh, and all the cheese Krystal’s were steaming fresh. For the value my meal was delicious.

I came into the restaurant to be nice instead of going through the drive through because I had 4 separate orders. when I went inside and told the cashier he said and I quote “yeah im not doing that shit” then he walked away because im sure he didn’t wanna get his teeth knocked in! Waited over 20 minutes for food, didnt get all of our food. Burgers seemed to be not cooked fully the meat was white and cold. No onions and 1 strip of mustard. Chili cheese fries not bad.

Being from Chicago and in White Castle territory I wanted to try Krystals. Upon entering the smell was very familiar. One big difference I noticed is how unfriendly the staff were. I asked about onion rings as I never been here before and it was like I asked the dumbest question ever. I took out my phone because once again this was my first time to snap a picture of the menu. This seemed to really irritate the guy working there. Both the male and female employee were just irritated in general. Anyway I ordered a 12 sack with cheese and no mustard. Who puts mustard on a hamburger? Another diffrence between them and White Castle. So I get out to the car and have to try one. They are phenomenal and maybe a little better than White Castle. The cheese is definitely better. Smooth and creamy melted into the onion saturated beef on a super soft bun. I really enjoyed the flavor and the nostalgia of eating little square cheeseburgers again. No complaints with the food. Staff friendliness definitely needs some improvements. I can overlook that for good food which is why I would still recommend a visit.

I just spent 17.77 on a sackful of Krystals. They went into the trash. We picked them up on our way home and ate one in the car. Absolutely awful. Cold . What happened to hot and fresh Krystals?!?! We visited the location in Maryville TN. I should have known better the only beings around were the poor crows that live off of all the cold and disgusting Krystals that people have to toss out!! Save your money.

Terrible. Order 3 bacon cheeseburgers. Food was cold. Not room temperature. But Ice cold. Not sure how that occurred, how can it be ice cold. And tots was supposed to be large. Got a small. Tried to call the store can’t get ahold of anyone. My money wasted. Why? What’s the pride in that? Terrible!!!

My order was Doordarshan so can’t really speak on store or atmosphere. I can however speak on the food the krystals were decent but not fresh I ordered a large onion rings and in a large order got maybe 5 but they were not worth eating at all. People spend a lot of money getting their food dashed and in this day n age people can’t afford to pay what your asking and get garbage.
