This Chilis location is absolutely amazing . I’ve ate chilis for years all over the east coast and this by far is my favorite I’ve ever had . I had ribs and fries and the ribs were out of this world . My son and spouse both got Chicken Crispers and they said their food was great as well . We will definitely be back to this location .

We had an amazing dining experience at Chili’s in Williamsburg, Virginia! The meal kicked off with the Texas Cheese Fries, which were perfectly crispy and loaded with melty cheese and bacon—absolutely delicious. For the main course, the Shrimp & Steak Fajitas were a standout, with sizzling, flavorful meat and shrimp paired with fresh veggies and warm tortillas. The Chicken 4pc Crispers were juicy and perfectly breaded, served with golden fries and a creamy, comforting side of Mac n Cheese that was a hit. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was lively, and everything came out hot and fresh. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend this Chili’s location!

Chili’s exceeded expectations. The burger and chicken lunch menu cant be best. As low as 10.99 for a qtr lb burger drink fries and a side can’t be beat. You should check it out. The special runs day and night.

After years of Chili’s To Go orders, first delivery order from this Chili’s was delivered after 1 lengthy stop in an open unsealed bag. End of half rack ripped off, Smokehouse combo with smoked sausages sliced up, less than 2 rope sausages ordered. NO Tamper Proof packaging.

Been to this location numerous times when visiting Williamsburg. The food is always delicious and served hot. The atmosphere is always pleasant. If there ever was an issue, it was always resolved in a positive way. Yesterday, (11/29/25), we had the most pleasant and exceptional experience ever in dining. We had a waitress named Annalise. She was totally professional, friendly, efficient, and never once did I have to think twice before she took care of us at our table before asking. That is true service! In the past, I have always given an appropriate tip but as time has moved on, I totally believe that the tip should reflect the service of the server. Some servers sometimes think they are owed it automatically and some owners believe that the customers should make up the wage for their part. I no longer feel that way and I am totally convinced after having received such exceptional service yesterday with Annalise that the tip should reflect their service. I had no problem giving her an exceptional time and in fact I increased it for her service. Hopefully, others will follow through on their tipping so poor service is not rewarded but exceptional service is rewarded. Chili’s should be proud to have such a server on their staff. Thanks!

This a value that can’t be beat! The server was fast and efficient. Our food was hot, came out very quickly and was good. The prices are great! We ordered the triple dipper with honey chipotle tenders, burger sliders and cheese sticks. Bacon Burger with fries, chicken tenders kids meal and margarita chicken with rice and broccoli and corn. We also got chips and salsa. Everything was really good!!

Visit 3-31-2025 visit today was good all the food was vary well from burgers, frys, chicken,egg rolls ,to vegetables all the works super freindly no issues with service ” at all but the condition of the bathroom is still an unpass for me just needs to be remodeled still I am raising them to 3 star corporate needs to get off the cash fix the building
Visit 4-22-2020. Pasta Aldente tasted like it was prepared in a microwaved right off the sysco truck the Waitresses were nice atmosphere nice The establishment was pretty clean. But the food definitely lacking
Revisit 3-17-23 ok food was good this time around but service was lacking I went the whole meal with the wrong drink are server visited us at the beginning and of the meal another worker brought are meals then another for drinks 3 people came to are table in total I give her props she did take the drink off the bill and gave me a Toogo drink but if you don’t check on a table in a timely fashion this can happen , total time visiting was an hour !!! Ok so conditions are alittle nasty in the place floors Need redone bathroom was dirty urine on walls bacteria sents where empty inside urinals air ducts was nasty id expect more from a Richmond rd resturant still rated 2 star

The 3 for me is almost the same price as buying a 1/4 pounder with cheese and fries from McDonald’s. But you get a side order and a drink from Chili’s. Excellent bargain. I always order pick up. The ‘to go’ parking spaces are pretty tight but you shouldn’t have to wait long. Once inside, the staff is extra friendly and (if you ask) will even provide free samples of the new menu items like the new dipping sauce. I eat here at least once per month and there’s never been a problem with my order. I will keep giving Chilis if Williamsburg my business.
