I will NEVER get five guys again.

I got a “little” burger with only cheese and lettuce, a “little” fry, and a regular (smallest size) drink… I paid $17 dollars… AND they prompt for tips!!!
I hoped that the burger would be above par, but my burger from a local drive thru tastes better and the combo is only 7 bucks…

Long time money of 5 Guys. It’s pretty straight forward and I’d wager faster then most of their competitors (fast food?) and certainly better quality. Great thing about the chain are the no additional cost toppings with the exception “kind of” being bacon. I like how even during busy times, you’ll see staff cleaning. This location was no exception. Cashier was new, but very friendly even with us backpedaling on the order more then once. Allergy alert!!! Peanut oil used

This was a horrible experience I placed a online order at 8:01 and was quoted a time of 6 to 11 minutes to be done. I went in to pick up the order at 8:20 the order wasn’t ready. Which was fine more and more time went by they were busy so understood the order maybe not being ready at the exact time I was quoted online. But I waited an additional 45 minutes and got concerned when I seen someone who ordered in store got there order and many other people who placed they order in store. So I went up to the desk and asked the lady working there how much longer would the wait be she said they were busy and it might take ANOTHER 30 mins or SO. At that point I requested to cancel my order, she then went and got her extremely rude manager who basically smirked while I complained about the wait and then walked off mumbling something that I couldn’t understand. So much so to the point where I had to ask the lady working did he state he was going to cancel my order and he replied yes I told her that with an attitude. I’m not sure what they had going on tonight but this was unacceptable customer service and I WON’T BE SPENDING MY MONEY HERE AGAIN!!!! 0 OUT 10 wouldn’t recommend.

Very bad service, I’ve ordered a burger with fries. I asked her if she can put some of the fries before she season them. On the side for my son cause my son doesn’t eat seasoned and he doesn’t eat the whole order of fries by himself. Just wanted a little cup on the side, not seasoned out of the portion. The cashier said” we can’t do that”. When in the past, they kindly done it for me,

UPDATED 28 July 2024: I really hate to do this but tonight’s experience was sub-par. We waited 49 minutes to get our food. When we did get it, it was only warm, not hot.

This is very unusual for Five Guys, I know that. It does make me question coming back to this location.

UPDATED 26 November 2023: Burgers are great! So many toppings and options it’s hard not to hey a good burger the way you want. Fries are always good – and they give you a lot of them, plenty for two people.

Staff is always friendly and helpful.

UPDATED 29 October 2022: Burgers are good, as always. Staff is friendly.

Today I got the little (single) cheeseburger and it was the perfect size for me.

If you’re looking for a good smash burger, this is the place. Regular burger comes with two patties which are decent sized! If you’re not that hungry, consider the “little” which on a single burger. Plenty of toppings to put in your burger.

Five guys are also known for their fries. Again, good portions. Fresh made fries made from potatoes direct from a farm!

Did i mention they have milk shakes? They do and they’re delicious!! Gotta try one (or two) is these.

Staff at this location is very friendly and helpful, checking in with us to make sure our meal was what we were expecting.

Only have it for stars because of the price. It’s not cheap. Between my wife and I, the total came to almost $35. We split fries and she got a milk shake.

Well be back…

Making my rounds checking out all the hot dog joints in the triangle brought me to Five Guys. I was a little disappointed in them not having chili or slaw for my weenies.
But, that disappointment waned when I starting eating it. It’s a big beef hot dog that’s split and grilled on the flat top. You get that little char on the edges that adds a pinch of flavor. The bun is grilled the split in half. I was concerned about this while I was watching them construct my hot dog.
Since there was no chili or slaw, I added mustard and raw onions only.
Lemme tell you something. This was a good hotdog to be so plan. The hot dog was juicy and beefy with great flavor. I really thought I was going to be disappointed. I wasn’t.
The price might look a little high for a hotdog, but it’s bigger than your typical weenie.
It’s a must try hot dog!

Also, some of the best fries on the market.

Food was great! I ordered a Double Bacon Burger with only ketchup and a chocolate milkshake. I did not get a meal or combo. Order total came out to $13.29. Fairly pricey for just two items. Order was correct and came out quickly. Restaurant was fairly clean; a little trash on the tables and floors. Otherwise, good overall experience.

I ordered 2 large fries and 5 burgers. So these fries had so much salt that I couldn’t even eat them. Neither could my family. So I went back and they gave me some fries. I guess the person that helped me out didn’t even tell anybody because I was waiting for fries for 5 minutes before somebody ordered a remake of fries so I thought it was mine and they said no that it’s not mine. Alright, great. So after waiting about 2 more minutes somebody comes and asks me what size and how many. While i was there another customer complained about the salty fries. When i went back home I realized that my burger didn’t have any bacon. I just wanted to return all the food. The “manager” said he could give me a free meal. Why would I go back when they didn’t get the order right? And they’re attitude was horrible.
