A friend took a few of us to eat there because he wanted to sit down and eat spaghetti. We ordered pizza and it was good! My friend enjoyed his spaghetti. The food was tasty! When we got there no one was in the restaurant, the tv was on, it was cool. The guy that took our order was so…so nice. As we ended our meal a crowd starts coming in and a few of them gave us strange looks if you know what I mean, we are of color. Thats where the 3 stars comes from. The waiter and the cook were awesome! But the atmosphere after the crowd came was uncomfortable. We didn’t bother anyone, we don’t steal and I even cleaned up our area. Our meal was $75 dollars we told the waiter the rest was for him I went outside and waited because our friend was finishing up his spaghetti. It’s not just me, that kind of stuff very well still goes around and this is just my experience guys.

We visited Mother’s Day 2024. First visit back since under new ownership. We LOVE IT! Definitely love the renovation. I love the Fire Dept theme and the light Disney touches. The truth is that the old look was univiting and closed off, definitely not welcoming to new patrons.
We had the carnivore pizza, the lasagna, buffalo chicken fries, antipasto salad, and the chopped Italian sandwich. All were phenomenal. I recommend all of them.
We went on an extremely busy day, which is to be expected on a holiday, but the service and food did not waiver. The new owners and staff were awesome, never lost their cool, and always had a smile while welcoming new customers walking in the door.
Definitely will be returning more often now. Keep up the good work.

I work in the area and have been trying out different places, when a co-worker mentioned Milano’s as being the best local pizza and used to work there a long time ago (I.e. they’re an experienced establishment, and obviously know what they’re doing).

Saw on their online menu for the lunch special and decided to come in and try it. Walked in and all the nostalgia of mom and pop pizza places hit me and I fell in love with the mood and atmosphere. I’ve been looking for a place just like this!

Was not expecting legitimate big slices of pizza and a quality salad. Everything is made by hand here, and tastes so good. Personally, I can’t stand Big Box pizza chains, it tastes disgusting to me. This was legitimate pizza, very flavorful, and filling.

I’ll be coming back very soon!

Been going there since I was 6 years old & now I’m 36 & still the best pizza plus chicken wings. Still go there also because of the manager & he always takes care of us. Thank u…

Update: I went today 2/8/2025 to buy pizza & wings for the next day for the Super bowl the next day. I didnt catch the really nice caucasian lady’s name but she was super nice with great customer service that provided information about happy hour special for the hot wings & pizza. The place looked nice in a different way from the last time I saw it when the old owners owned it. The Hispanic burnet hair woman wasnt so friendly that gave off bad energy with looks that can kill. Wouldn’t want her taking my order in the future especially over hearing the old man having ordering problems with her. Other then that everyone there is great & friendly I would give 5 stars if I didnt have that not so good vibes with the 2nd woman witch I had a talk with my family members & said the same thing about her.

Great little Italian restaurant! Old school customer service, generous portions, and relaxed vibe. My go to for Italian in Hemet. One of the few places where a $20 dinner is worth every penny.

We had some Milanos at the Hemet High football game last night. It was worse than elementary school pizza. It’s a bummer, because the old owner made one of the best in town. I hope the pizza they sell at the restaurant is a lot better. We won’t be getting Milanos again.

Update: 5 years ago i stated this pizza was Two words: BOMB PIZZA!!! And I kept coming here because it was my favorite place here in San Jacinto/Hemet. I am writing this sitting here at Milanos upset and I’ll tell you why! So we walked in the restaurant and it looks remodeled. It’s nice inside still but we found out that the Milano brothers sold it to someone else. I was talking to the cashiers and said “wow it looks a little diffent in here!” She stated that there are new owners. I told here wow “well let’s hope they didn’t change the pizza because this is my favorite spot!” She said nothing. So we ordered our pizza like we always do, extra pepperoni and extra cheese with extra fresh garlic on top. Waited for it to come out and I was annoyed and furious! The pizza taste dry, no sauce no extra cheese, no extra pepperoni and no garlic on top. They totally chance the way the pizza was made and I’m upset! Try it if you want but I’ll post some comparisons out what it used to be and what it’s now. I want to comeback hoping they go back to how the pizza was made but I’m not sure. I think they killed Milanos pizza!!!
