This is the 3rd time I’ve been to the McDonald’s in Yadkinville NC and no fudge for a sundae 10:30pm on March 5th 2026! The nice lady wearing the green shirt at the drive thru said its not that we’re out of fudge, its the pump. We’ll, I think its time for your DM to order y’all a new pump I said….Customers happy and good reviews…I usually never leave reviews but I live borderlands of Mocksville/Yadkinville but its closer to Yadkinville we need to fix this issues please I like fudge sundaes just saying! I love chocolate fudge/ caramel Sundae’s oh did I say I like fudge? I had to get a chocolate milk shake not happy right now! Stephanie McEwen

Placed a mobile order and timed it, took 15 minutes and my fries were cold and half full, i got a large… i did curbside and i just want more fries, i didnt have time to ask for a refund but this is very disheartening.

We stopped here on a road trip and ordered and ate inside. The restaurant was clean, the service was fast, the food was hot, but the reason for my review is the super friendly employees! There was a woman who was out interacting with customers, joking around with kids, asking everyone how their food was. What a pleasant experience for a McDonald’s!

One thing that we can all agree on is that McDonald’s has the best french fries! Well, anywhere but Yadkinville. I don’t know who they have on Fry detail but they’re fries absolutely suck here they are raw and limp and honestly that’s one of the reasons that I even go to McDonald’s is because of their fries but Yadkinville McDonald’s has the worst fries ever. Two times this week I ordered a basket of fries for my family and they came out like limp noodles and are not fully cooked, tasting like grease. I would rather wait and have my fries fully cooked the way they are supposed to be than to get them quicker and eat them raw. I also want to say that in the drive-thru they do not mind interrupting you to ask you what type of sauce you want for your nuggets but here in Yadkinville they never give you your sauce nor ketchup nor napkins. You have to ask for all of that and check your bag completely and carefully to make sure that you have your sauce if you ordered nuggets. And one more thing; I can tell the difference of when they don’t put onions on my burger as asked and a burger that had onions on it that was already made and they just pull the onions off I do have to admit that the service is friendly but the product is terrible.

Absolute worst experience at a McDonalds location I’ve ever had. They need some SERIOUS training here. No sense of urgency. Tried arguing with me about how long I was there. Kitchen area looked TRASHED from what I could see from the front end. I saw employees not wearing gloves
It took almost 45 minutes to get 1 happy meal, 1 McChicken, 1 Spicy McChicken and 1 large fry. Everything was cold except the Spicy as that’s the only thing that was made fresh.
Got a refund. I’ll stick to the food trucks in the area, WAY better than any of the fast food here in Yadkinville.

The manager in duty wasn’t the most friendliest or helpful either. The amount of confusion that was going on at that time really frustrated me and other guests. As we waited over 20 minutes for big Mac meal and a milkshake of some aort5

It’s like they get your order and go out of their way to make it wrong. I asked for no cheese on my burger so they gave me extra. I asked for sweet tea and I was given watered down unsweetened tea instead.

Order 2 crispy chicken McGriddles, get home and its just the bread. Wife calls and complain’s they hang up. I call back and they say I have to come back to get a refund. I pay online why do I have to return to the store for the refund. So 60 minutes of drivetime back and forth twice for no compensation besides a refund. This place has always been terrible, but it has now reached a new low.
