Went to CiCi’s for the first time since 2011. The buffet was clean, and well stocked. The salad had a lot of brown lettuce. We got there at 11:45 on a Saturday. By ,12:15, it was insanely crowded. There were two birthday parties, several groups of people on their lunch breaks, and kids running around. Also, the restroom needed to be cleaned.

Overall clean, very good food, positive staff. Very accommodating to mine and my families needs as far as our service dog. They did question if it was a service animal because we do not have him vested which is not required in the state of Texas. They quickly checked the laws to be sure and it didn’t go beyond that. There was a group that was disgruntled and I do wish they had been removed because of the derogatory things they were saying loudly across the whole restaurant but over all the staff handled the situation very well and I am appreciative that my family was able to enjoy dinner easier with our accommodation of a service animal. I use to come here once a week with family an it was good now I just can’t eat there pizza is not good at all the cinnamon rolls are the best thing I’m sorry but it’s the pizza dough there’s no oil it’s like dry or something I know it’s ordered that way but I could not hardly bit in to any of it just pulled the tops off now the way the cheesey bread dough was its ok

Okay so this place isn’t bad. Mark is always kind and loving. No matter how bad of a day he’s having he’s always going to smile and ask how I’m doing. There’s only a few things I’d like them to change. First days on the buffet they’ve got three choices of pepperoni like Alfredo regular pepperoni and then I guess I got three meat pepperoni they should have more variety I think. Then just all pepperoni mostly sounds pretty good most the time that’s normally what I get. Some of the pizza little tough. But it’s okay it’s always pretty well clean. There is a gentleman that is a bus’s boy. When I’m there he’s always rude he’s always giving me a dirty look or staring at me when I’m with family. I feel like he rushes us he shakes his head when the baby starts to cry. I mean the baby is only 4 months old come on other than that everything’s okay I just wish that gentleman over gentleman would be nice

Came in about 9:30pm to get chicken noodle soup to go. The sweetest older gentleman assisted me and was very compassionate. I wish I would’ve asked his name, I believe he was a manager. The world needs more people like him.

Brought a group of 40 adults and kids and the staff was amazing. Place was clean and food delicious!! We always stop here on our way home from church camp and the manager makes us feel so welcome. Highly recommend.
