We come here multiple times a week. There always so nice/ helpfull when i ask about the menu. I have tried so many new smoothies that taste great. they make my toast to perfection! Its always perfect like the picture!

We went today to order a smoothie king today it was ridiculous. When we went up to order there was a distinct smell at area where fruits were. When i looked the banans looked rotten. Infact all fruits looked weird i asked the guy these fruits dont look right he said that’s how we use it. I have been to so many smoothie kings never experienced that. I will send these pictures to health department as well to ask if these fruits look.okay to them.

I did a pick up order on Monday October 6, arrived to smoothie King, the employee let me know that they were out of A couple fruits so they couldn’t make the toast, told the employee I wanted to cancel the order she said that was fine, and that they went ahead and canceled it. I wait a couple days until it’s done pending and the charge never dropped. I’ve tried calling the store almost 10 times now and no answer. SMH!
Do not believe the employees! I never thought that she canceled my order, but I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt! I will be calling tomorrow to dispute the charge with my bank because this is unacceptable

Shelby has been hands down a life saver when it has come to my smoothie orders. She’s always very patient, kind and so helpful when trying to figure out how I could cut sugar out of my smoothies and still enjoy my all time favorite Angel Food! She’s by far a keeper Smoothie King!

Metal filings in a smoothie? Really? Yeah I will be calling the health inspector.
Update 5/13/25 : ~2 weeks later. Still not contact by the local owner/manager on corrective action. Not even a refund suggested. Thankfully, no symptoms/issues from potentially swallowing filings as evident in the attached picture.
5/31/25 – Never heard anything from the company, the manager, or anyone else representing the company about the metal in my drinks. I guess the social team just spams trying to look like they actually care.
