Every thing I ordered was WRONG and they didn’t even care when I called back up there to tell them what they got wrong. If my car wasn’t in the shop and I could’ve came back for them to fix it I would have but I told them I couldn’t cause I had a ride . This is the WORST Sonic in DOTHAN, AL. I LOVE Northside Sonic. I will NEVER come to this one again. Didn’t even offer a coupon a discount on the next order or NOTHING . Ridiculous frl. And the server attitude was nasty! And I even paiddd for extra sauce and there wasn’t ANY in the bag. The mozzarella sticks comeeee with marinara sauce like. I always pay for extra space . That wasn’t the issue. But there wasn’t any in the bag. Then they charge for extra smasher sauce and there was barely ANY on the dang on burger. I’m really disappointed and mad. Worked all day and just wanted some good food. Jesus Christ. And the I don’t care attitude I got when I called was just like wow.. yea. Never going back.

We enjoy eating at sonic every now and then. There is usually a wait, but that’s to be expected. The best thing about sonic is you never have to wait to be seated. The food has always been good. The service is usually good.

Food was 20.03 I ordered chicken stripes that were burnt and fried too hard. Asked for ketchup received 2 paks. NO RECEIPT GIVEN The Location is South Oates street in Dothan Ala. Server stated business was slow… then why Noone took time to make sure my order was cooked properly. Gave a tip wasn’t much but was all I had. Smh no more

Is that all? Is that all? How about give someone time to order instead of asking that immediately after they give you one single item? Also, if someone asks for cheesy tots actually bring them with cheese and make sure it’s melted. Leave off the hairs too! Thanks!!

I ordered a cup of ice and a jr bacon breakfast burrito which took every bit of 15 minutes to be bought out . LOVED THE ICE and it’s the only reason I’m okay with leaving a one star review instead of 0. The burrito literally had a POOOL of grease from the bacon that had not been properly drained. I literally threw up in my backseat when I took the first bite and tasted nothing but OIL!!!! I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! Sonic is not what it used to be!

Our carhop was very nice and my slush is always very good. The fried chicken sandwich would have been much better. Chicken may have been a little over cooked or grease may have needed to changed.

UPDATE….I usually am a sucker for this Sonic, but OMG. This was the worst ever. I ordered that lavender drink and chili cheese tots. my tots were grease soaked and refried. And I know the drink does not supposed to taste like carbon water with whipped foam.. normally I would pitch a fit with the manager but I give him a break today

Slow slow service. Expect to wait. Always busy. One visit I waited over 40 min for a shake and pretzel, then didn’t get the cheese for it. Had to call 3 times within that 40 min to see if they forgot about me.
