We are a brew pub and craft brewery located in Machesney Park, IL specializing in handcrafted ales and American & German Lagers in a variety of styles. In our 12th year of existence, we are proud to be America’s first vegan brewery! While we showcase a solid lineup of core brews such as Southy Bitch Slap, Sweep the Leg, and Happidaze, we long with delicious seasonal varieties and heavy hitters from our barrel-aged beer program. We have flights so you can try them all, pints so you can enjoy your favorites, 16oz./4pak cans as well as growlers to go.

The chef has a talent that cannot be replicated! You absolutely have to get any sort of crispy mushrooms they have on the menu that season. I’m super picky about vegan soul food – this place blew me away. The food was phenomenal, the vibes were awesome (it was packed), the atmosphere is so thoughtfully curated, & the overall concept is something I dearly hope is widely adopted. I did not expect such a cool spot with such delicious food in this neck of the woods! It’s 100% worth detouring if you’re anywhere remotely nearby!

Such a fantastic vegan restaurant! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Even if you’re not vegan, you’ll love it. They also have an amazing beer selection — definitely try the beer flight so you can sample a few different ones. It’s the perfect way to experience what they offer. Highly recommend!

I took my daughter here for the first time and she said she loved the “vibe”. She asked me if it is Vegan why is it called Pig Minds? (she is 12) Great question. Anyway, we loved the food and she could not get enough of the Diet Coke. She said it was the best she has ever had and the pretzel was huge. We will be back and I loved the GF options.

great beer, with a nice variety of styles. if you’re a fan of dark, high abv, robust beers, you need to swing by. if you like other lagers, ipas, ambers, or anything else, you should absolutely still check it out.

We absolutely love The Pigs Mind in Cheswick Park, Illinois!
It’s one of the few beer breweries in the country that’s 100% vegan, which is amazing in itself, but the food takes it to another level.
Every time we visit, we try something new, and it’s always delicious.
The vegan meat lovers pizza is a must-try spiced and full of flavor. I also love that some menu items rotate, like their steak tacos and Cuban sandwiches, so there’s always something fresh to look forward to.
They even give you a little sampler of sauces so you can pick your favorite.
The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with indoor and outdoor seating, high chairs for families, plenty of parking, and friendly servers who make you feel right at home. Our kids loved loved the everything!!!

We drove 2 hours to try this place out. Absolutely worth the drive. Tallyn was a phenomenal server. I hope I spelt her name correctly. We ordered several dishes, and every one of them was full of flavor! Completely delicious! We try the Ruben and gyros every restaurant we go to. They were, by far, better than any other places we’ve been to (better than Chicago Diner). The kitchen made a Ruben pizza for us, and it was just as tasty. We left full, but it wasn’t heavy on our stomachs. The prices were in the same ballpark as any other vegan restaurant. This is our go to for a special place for vegan food. Thank you to Tallyn and the kitchen staff for making this such a great experience!

Normally, this place is nothing short of excellent. I decided to order takeout today, and as we all know, it’s definitely on the pricier side compared to your standard restaurant. When dining in, the portions are always great, no complaints there.
But with the amount of fries I got in my takeout order, I think there’s definitely room for improvement. If you’re ordering to-go, I’d recommend double-checking your food before leaving.

We had a bridal shower on Saturday for my daughter. Diana and her crew went above and beyond to make it a fantastic day. Food was amazing. And they did espresso martinis for the theme and they were so good. We had lots of compliments about the shower and how nice the venue space was!

Went for the Oktoberfest Celebration, definitely a place you must experience! Great, and I mean Great beer selection! Pizza selection is great, very tasty and interesting menu selections! Just to be clear, I am a carnivore and I love the food here!
