Went about 15-20 minutes before closing, which we usually try to avoid doing to staff, but the staff was definitely ready to leave. Not super helpful, made us feel rushed. I guess you make your own float. They gave vanilla ice cream then you go get your own soda and make it yourself. Weird. They had 2 sugar free options, which I loved because I can’t really have sugar. Not good signage from the road because they have a large sign with other businesses listed in front of their building. Good ice cream overall.

They were out of several toppings, but it was the end of the season. Message them on fb if it’s the end of the season, and Google says they’re open. We went on a Friday night when Google said they were open, and Scoops said they’d be open that Friday in a post the week before, but they weren’t. Saturday, I messaged on fb and found out they were open, so we went then. We love the Hershey’s ice cream they have, and it was much closer to us. They have a cute old painted VW van to sit in and take pictures.

Such a cool little place! They serve Hershey’s ice cream as the base, but have some fun combinations with additional toppings to make it worth your while. The S’mores shake we got was one of the best I have ever seen done!

We came in to get our ice cream fix. We wanted banana splits. They were out of bananas. My sister then tried to get the Luau one, and they were out of pineapple. We ended up getting 2 cups of ice cream and a cone for my son. The young gentlemen there were nice and apologetic. But it was just not the ice cream we had hoped for.

Not at all what we were expecting based off of the reviews and pictures. $12 for ice cream that we could’ve bought at the grocery store with the toppings for cheaper. One of the boys (the younger one) was fairly friendly and gave us the time of day, but the other not so much. Within a few minutes of us leaving they were playing XBox. I am not one to leave poor reviews, but this was such an overpriced experience for such an underwhelmed environment and experience.

Best ice cream and the cutest little shop around. I recommend the fancy shakes, but everything we got was delicious- and large portions. The staff are all so sweet and went out of their way to provide my family with a great experience. My son dropped his cone and they had another one fixed for him and someone to clean the mess before I could even think straight. The shop was super clean- including the bathroom- which you know one must visit with young kids . I highly recommend Scoops!

It’s nice to have a ice cream place in the middle of Indian beach so the location is convenient. It’s pretty good ice cream. The staff and environment are lacking but overall it was pretty good. Just not impressive by any means.
