I really find it hard to believe waiting 20 mins in drive through is acceptable when you have a full staff sitting there on their cell phones, how disgusting is that? I understand you may not like your job, but it should not take 20 minutes for you guys to make simple things for people. How does this happen? Where is management? Food was good ordered one onion instead of fries with one of the combos. Got onion rings with both orders. The young man who waited on us didn’t wait to see if our payment went through. Went back to talk to the other people working. The two young men that work there. One had glasses had no problem using profanity in front of the whole time we were there. Dinning room was dirty and trash cans were full. Very disappointed

I placed an online order for a crave case and I showed up about five minutes after it was supposed to be ready just to give them a little extra time in case it was busy. They didn’t start making them until after I had arrived. It wasn’t fun standing there waiting for them to make thirty burgers, but the food was good when I eventually got it.

This has to be the worst White Castle ever. We decided to come to this location. 9-5 @ 3:15am. The cheeseburgers were soggy like the bottom buns were dipped in water. Disgusting. They also didn’t add the pickles and didn’t tell us they didn’t have any. Long wait times and horrible food

I frequently visit this location and today the employee Terrill was very friendly and helpful. It’s nice after a rough day to have someone with an amazing personality and willing to make sure your order is exactly how you ordered. Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a grape Sprite I got a cherry Sprite, I asked for cheese rings and I got cheese fries instead and they didn’t even put the box in there properly my cheese fries are all over the bag and the cheese sauce is everywhere. I ordered the 1921 sliders and they tried coming out with four regular sliders. I am going to go on good faith and say this happened because it seems like your speaker in the Drive-Thru is messed up because I had to try and say my order to the cashier like three times. I’m trying to have faith inhumanity here and I hope your workers are not that braindead. I have not tampered with the order since I got home this is how the order was given to me this is repulsive.

I won’t lie, I travelled around the world to live here and white castle is one of the reasons it was worth it. The staff were great and the food was tasty recommend everyday. Side not Australians missing home ask for ketchup and put it on the burgers and it tastes like a meat pie.
