Drove up and used the drive thru and waited for some to greet me. Nothing. I finally said, “Hello” only to be told there is a 45 minute wait ahead of me. I said, “Thank you”. I reversed back and drove by to see who was ahead of me (curiosity) and to my surprise? No vehicle at drive thru. Avoid this place at all cost!

I was missing my nachos, my rice for my sampler, and the brisket on my mac and cheese not to mention my street tacos came with no cilantro or onions which I clearly asked for as it shows on my recipe. Food was bland and presented poor. All that for almost $40 is not worth it at all. 0/10

I waited for quite sometime at the counter to order. The girl was not friendly at all. There was no urgency in preparing my meal. I was the only customer in the restaurant so they weren’t busy. The place was only moderately clean. The salsa bar made me not want to get anything from it. I ordered flautas and I watched as they took them out of a bag and microwaved them. Honestly it’s my fault for even still ordering and eating here.

Every time we visit this specific location, our order is incorrect, and it’s always the same mistake. We make it a point to clearly request certain items to be left off our plates, yet the issue continues to happen consistently. It’s become routine for us to double-check our food before leaving because of how often this happens.
We decided to give this location another try after avoiding it for a while due to repeated mistakes, but unfortunately, our experience hasn’t changed. Once again, our order was wrong. I’m not sure if it’s a lack of attention or training, but something at this location definitely needs improvement. Accuracy and attention to detail should be a priority when preparing customer orders. Especially with food allergies!

I love the breakfast tacos with steak fajitas and egg. We got some tacos today and one taco had maybe one little spoon of egg and two pieces of meat. The other one was ok. For $3.99 each I want more egg and meat.

This is by far the worst Taco Cabana I’ve been to everytime I come to this specific location. They always have a problem with something or another.
