I went to this McDonald’s today around 11am and I saw with my own eyes four customers (five counting with me) asking for a refund. Although the kitchen was clearly full, nothing was happening. I saw several customers who had left their cars (they had taken the drive-in), entered the restaurant, and were complaining about the long wait of over 25-30 minutes. There was no employee to talk to them, or to serve as cashier. Maybe it was a unique situation, but it amazed to see that the workers didn’t care if customers were canceling orders.

Today I had a birthday party at this location for my 3 year old … the shift managers ,for starters when I called to inquire about a party were detailed, helped us get a cake ordered and even offered decorations for my party! The staff was amazing with great serving service having the play room clean and sanitized and even the entire shift coming in to sing happy birthday with us ! McDonald’s bring back party packages cause today we really enjoyed my daughter 3rd birthday with this crew and location ! Thank you Ladies and Crew !

I hate that i keep coming back here. I have never gone through the drive thru and got all my food, i have to go inside every time and get what they missed. It’s honestly so so irritating getting all the way home and finding out im missing an entire burger and all my sauce

Worst service I have ever had got my order wrong multiple times then was told to go to the back of the line and reorder not to mention I get in the window and have to knock on it because the lady there was staring at her phone not paying attention. This will be the last time I go to this location!

I don’t usually leave reviews on places but i feel like people should know how horrible of a McDonald’s this is. If i could, i’d rate it 0 stars. I’ve lived in this town for over a year now, and every time i go, the order is wrong and have to go in to correct it even if it is only one or two items!! And when I do go in to get my orders fixed, the employees are extremely rude. I recently went and the order came with large fries that were only half way filled up(charging me the price of a large fry for a medium is wild). The food it decent, but there’s really no point of asking them to take anything off as it will always be completely ignored. This is the closest McDonald’s to my house and I really hope this changes.

Place an online order here by accident. Pulled up to curbside The girl walked up to my car, didn’t greet me, didn’t confirm my order. Just handed me my food and walked away. I’ll be sure to make sure I never make that mistake again

My experience was NOT a good one. The store was under staff, and had one female employee working the drive through and trying her best to take orders and keep customers satisfied. This store should be ashamed for working their employees like this. Get them some help. I place an order at 6:00 am on the mobile app, and still had to wait in the parking lot until after 7:00 am to get my order. Worst customer service I ever experienced.

Drive thru person took forever to answer to take orders, turns out she was sleeping from looked like being high. Then I sat for almost 30 mins waiting for food while like 10 cars got theirs before me while being after me.

As a customer, I have noticed that the drive-through experience at this particular fast food restaurant can be frustrating due to long wait times and backed up lines. Recently, I have experienced delays of up to 10 minutes for even small orders. Additionally, the staff member taking orders through the speaker system seemed disinterested and unengaged.
The manager’s response to my order was also less than satisfactory, as they simply asked for my order before directing me to a specific bay without offering any further assistance or explanation.
While I understand that fast food restaurants have to balance speed and efficiency with other factors such as food quality and customer experience, I believe that it is important to prioritize timely service as a key factor in customer satisfaction. I hope that the management will take note of these concerns and take steps to improve the drive-through experience for their customers, particularly during periods of light to moderate traffic.
