Called due order was wrong and a person named Rashawn answered. She was screaming in the phone and said it is the dinner rush and she didn’t have time to talk on the phone and hung up on me. Yelling is impolite, if you were so busy why did you answer the phone and you failed to give me a chance to explain how the order was incorrect. Now Lacey is amazing! She stays busy, but shows compassion and you can tell she loves her job. This was how we received a burger. McDonalds can certainly do better.

The evening / night crew at this location are killing it! I will admit I have went a few nights in a row because they make those fries so fresh and so hot that you can’t even touch them for a bit. I don’t think I’ve ever had fries that fresh at any other location. The rest of the food is nicely put together and hot, as well. The staff is always super polite. There’s a younger man with blonde hair and glasses that works the window and he is amazing with customer service!

Placed a mobile order around 10am arrived to the store at 10:15 and waited in line until 10:35. I gave them my code at the order screen and they told me to pull forward to the first window. I was then told because it was after 10:30am they were not going to be able to get me my food even though it was for an order placed well before 10:30. I asked what I was supposed to do since they charged me for food I wasn’t going to get and they told me I would be refunded in the next few days and said if I wasn’t going to place a new order with the lunch menu that they couldn’t do anything else for me.

Longest wait you’ll ever have for a Mc’Ds.
The sauce packets you ask for (and now pay for) never make it into the bag.
Multiple times I’ve received the wrong food.
Particularly inspired to post tonight because after reporting I was missing food the person behind the counter snapped “and what do you want me to do about it?”
I typically don’t like to leave negative reviews but I’d love to see something change here.

Received a receipt melted in the cheese on my cheeseburger. Waited over 30mins for a new cheeseburger. No one would answer the phone had to walk up to the drive thru window to talk to someone as the lobby was closed.

Find a different one to go to in hutch this is unfortunately a prime location for a sub par establishment. Food is never consistent other than being poorly made …last order was raw meat and half off the buns. The service by the management is down right rude and bîťchy no sence of remorse for any actions of the staff in food preparation. I will include some photos of the food that was made for me and my children to eat.

Waited 25 minutes in parked after drive through small order thenpayment already didn’t get game pieces why order specific food in app in they never give them. This has happened 3 times. I guess I have to remind them at speaker so they get all mad from now on. The wait was insane and they almost throw food at you no have good day nothing rude

I ordered at like 9:30 pm and they were very slow. They did not even put my brothers food on the order list. We had to remind them about his food. They still took another 20 minutes to bring it out. When then had to wait for a person to get sauce. We need up just walking away without sauce.

Over 30 minutes to get a chicken sandwich and French fries. Instead of getting orders out for the PACKED lobby and drive thru they were back there acting as if they were on a playground, and using the most foul language they could think of. A manager not even on shift had to step in while the other 2 just let the chaos continue. At least 4 people came in from drive thru for their food! Service during the day is pretty good but after 5pm it turns to trash!
