Parked in a stall. Order taken quickly. Food didn’t take too long. Brought out the wrong drink. Fixed immediately. Food was pretty good. Nice sized portions.

To be sure, the food here is great. Fries were delicious, and the Sonic blast was so tasty. But the service and atmosphere here were somewhat disappointing. The person who took our order kept rushing us that only my husband got to order and I couldn’t even get my order in before the bill was provided to us. The fries were only half full. We had planned to sit there for a date night out but decided to leave after getting our food.

My drink cup broke in my car, and when I asked for napkins they went above and beyond. They brought a ton of napkins to help clean up and even went as far as to make me a new drink without me asking. I really appreciated the kindness and great service. Shout out to this wonderful team!

Ordered a coney dog with relish and they dumped an insane amount on it. It was essentially a relish sandwich. My tots were fresh and hot but my partners were cold and clearly old. Service was super quick and the carhop was kind though.

It took me several months to visit the new Sonic because I was angry that they moved further away from me. I finally got over it and decided to try the new location today for lunch. I’m glad I did. Side note, I notice a lot of reviews are for the old location. If a review is prior to mid October of 2024, you’re reading a review of the old location that was on Holdrege St.
If you are south of Adams, go north on 84th St, and you’ll see Sonic on the right side from 84th St. Turn right on Market St. My impression of the new location is it looks more modern. I am indifferent about the new appearance, but it does look very clean because it’s new. Hopefully the staff keeps it that way. I ordered ahead of time with the app. All I had to do was check in when I pulled in a stall.
I was happy to see that the Sonic Smashers are still available. They are even better than the original Sonic cheeseburgers. I ordered the tater tots as my side, and they are even better. I don’t know if that’s because of the new equipment, but they are a bit softer and a bit bigger. I still want Sonic to season to their tots. Amigos, Taco Johns, and Taco Inn all have an advantage over Sonic simply because they season their tots.
As for the service, I didn’t have to wait very long for my food after checking in. It seems like the new location has a good start. I hope they keep up the good work.

I like this place but the food has definitely gone down hill over the course of the last 5 yrs or so. The service we got was great- a very well-mannered kind young man, but the food- the tater tots are always the biggest portion of the meals, filled to the brim and always disgusting and taste like pure grease, the bacon breakfast toaster had 2 tiny pieces of bacon on it and the rest was mostly eggs, and the salted caramel toffee croissants bites had nothing on them. It was just little round dough bites. My son got a breakfast burrito meal w/ a slushies and I paid $18 for that entire meal. I didn’t complain though, I ate it but I just wanted to point out that the quality of the food is not as good as it’s been in the past

I stop by here on my morning commute to Omaha and often order via the app. There’s a particular lady who often brings me my order to stall number 16. She has a great smile and is always so friendly, which I really appreciate especially on a Monday morning. And the service is so fast, which is a really big deal when I’m running behind schedule. I’ve also had a couple interactions with the manager and he’s such a nice guy. They also have a bathroom that is easily acceptable which is kept quite clean. I really appreciate the way they run this place

Ordered a double cheese burger meal and popcorn chicken.. cheeseburger was good but could not eat the popcorn chicken.
I took a bite of one and it smelled and tasted like diesel fuel. I broke apart a couple more and they smelled liked it too. Not sure if it’s from their cooking oil or something from the actual chicken production, but wasted $7 on something i couldn’t eat.
