I usually don’t have an issues with this location. Today was a completely different story. Whoever the young man that was taking orders at the drive-through was today (12/5/25), he needs to be retrained in customer service. Upon our order, he continued to rush through each item I ordered, and got half of the order wrong. As we were finished ordering, I tried to look at the screen to see if the order was correct, but he had cleared it so quick I did not see if things were correctly punched in. When we got our food, the ticket was incorrect. We mentioned it to the person who brought out the food, she said she would take it back in to have it remade but we were so over the rudeness of the young man that we decided just to leave. The only good thing about this visit today was the food was hot. Whoever is going to read this review, please retrain your staff in customer service.

We wanted to see what all the hype was about, so we finally tried this place. We needed to go through the drive thru as we had groceries. I ordered tve sourdough melt and crinkle fries. While the staff was friendly, especially explaining the different food options, the speed of the food arrival was not fast. There were a few cars in front of us that were ushered to the side to allow for other guests, with what I assume were dessert orders, to get by.
Once we got our food, I of course had to try the fries in the car. They were very good and crispy. Now, the burger on the other hand wasn’t bad, but it wasnt anything to brag about. While I was excited to try a burger on sourdough bread, since you aren’t given that option very much, it was a little soggy. I understand the drive thru experience is different from in-store eating. Yet, I recently tried Harriet’s Hamburgers for take out amd it was great. With that said, Culver’s was fine. Yet, I wouldnt go out of my way to try again.

Culversis a great dining experience for everyone. It reminds me of an old diner where you go get burgers and a shake. Very good food. I like the mushroom Swiss burger meal with a strawberry shake. The staff are always professional and knowledgeable, and my favorite thing, the place is usually very clean. To me, as a restaurant reviewer, that is very important.

This was my first experience with Culver’s. The drive through was quick and friendly. I would imagine that what you order is based on how long you may need to Waite for your food. I had ordered the dinner plate and had to pull into a pick-up location to Waite for my order. The Waite wasn’t too bad based upon the quality of the food. I had ordered the 2 pcs Cod dinner with Frys and Coleslaw along with thier tartar sauce. The fries were large crinkle cut and very good, hot and fresh. Not seasoned but great with the tartar sauce. The portions of Cod were nice and fresh as well. Nice size cuts in a crispy, hot, and fresh.
The Slaw is a chunky style with a light and fresh. The meal is served with a dinner roll as well. To me… a little costly but, well worth it. I will be heading back to try thier sandwiches as well. They serve Chicken Sandwiches as well. It looks like I’ll be making return trips to sample thier offerings.

This was my first time visiting Culver’s. The food was hot and fresh but not as good as expected. I ordered the fish sandwich value basket and the butterfly shrimp meal. My total bill was about $30 for fast food.

Culver’s in Kannapolis is always a great stop! Their fish is surprisingly delicious. Crispy, fresh, and full of flavor. The cheese curds are absolutely amazing, easily some of the best around. The staff is super friendly every time I visit, and the service is always quick and efficient. Highly recommend stopping by!

1st time eating here, it’s amazing. I’m from Indiana, visiting my son and his family, he suggested asked what I wanted for dinner, I told him burger and fries, he suggested Culvers. It was amazing, the staff was very friendly and greeted us upon entering and took order, food came out very quickly and it was HOT!!. There was a young man working at the end of the counter, his name tag stated lost name tag, feel it was an Xfinity driver by the name Joey Gates.

This is hands down the best Culvers in North Carolina or South Carolina. We dont get to come down south as much as we used to but the food and shakes are consistently fresh and delicious. The staff are polite and it was great to see that very nice and energetic manager (was running an interview today) is still working here!
