I ordered a supreme pizza after work last night. Something told me to check the pizza while I was there, but I didn’t. When I opened the box, I noticed they used an already cooked Hot N Ready pepperoni pizza, (the cheese & pepperoni were cooked the correct way,) and threw the rest of the toppings on top of it. My vegetables weren’t cooked at all. I would’ve taken it back, but they were closed by the time I made it home. Needless to say, it didn’t get eaten & was a total waste of money. I attempted to call the store before leaving this review, but no one answered.

I am a huge fan of Little Caesars and have been for years. I regularly go to the South Milwaukee and Greenfield locations and have always had great experiences there. I moved to the north side of Milwaukee a few years ago and have ordered from this Little Caesars a couple of times, but this was the first time I went inside the store—and it will absolutely be my last.
I was there on January 31st at approximately 11:30 a.m., and the store was disgusting. There was trash on the counter, the floors were dirty, and the overall cleanliness was extremely concerning. I was genuinely worried about the condition of the food just based on the environment alone.
Unfortunately, those concerns were correct. The pizza was completely inconsistent—half of it was overcooked because the dough was paper-thin, while the other half was undercooked due to being far too thick. After a few bites, we had to throw the food away. Nearly $50 wasted.
I did call the corporate customer service number and was told that an owner or regional manager would be reaching out to me. I am hoping they follow through, because this location clearly needs immediate attention. Due to the conditions I observed, I will also be reporting this location to the health inspector.
I will never order from this location again, and I would not recommend it to anyone. This store needs serious intervention, as the cleanliness and food quality are unacceptable.
Update: It has been nearly a week and no one has returned my call. I was told by the customer service rep., that I would get a call in a day or two from the owner or an area manager. No one has called.
It is such a shame.

I haven’t ventured to Little Caesars in years but noticed some newer items on their menu. I ordered the Stuffed crazy crust cheese pizza & the Cheese Crazy puffs. Both were so good! My order was prepared on time & the service was good.

They never have anything Hot and ready! You order Online food still taste like it’s 5$..no sauce on the pizza. It’s never clean the windows dirty, doors dirty nobody work here has good customer service or have a sense of urgency making sure customers are satisfied. Do your self favor different location!

Placed online order through Little Caesars app on Christmas Eve. Went to pick it up and no one was at the front counter. Heard employees being loud in the back. One employee walked out and yelled to the back that I was there. I told the guy, I was there to pick up my order. He asked for my name, walks away and comes back to tell me it wasn’t made because their ovens were down. My question to him was why are you still open and accepting orders if the main equipment you need to run this establishment is not working. His response was the manager told them to stay open. More customers began entering in to place and pick up orders. One customer even said she called in to do an order over the phone and they took it.
We were told refunds were needed to go through the app or customer service. I asked for the managers info and was denied that information.
I believe the 2 employees who were there did not want to work as the store was closing early at 6p and they came up with that lie to not prepare anymore orders. If the manager truly did tell them to stay open then shame on him/her and they need to be looked further into as well. This location is always a mess. Long wait times all the time and now this.

The service was beyond disappointing and frustrating. The workers were incredibly slow… was told it would be a 10-15 min wait, and I waited over 20 minutes and had to ask them about my order. There were so many other people waiting too and it seemed like the staff was doing nothing in the back. The staff was not very friendly and pretty cold. When we finally got our food, it was not warm, the pizza was cut very unevenly, and we had to take our own pizza slicer and do it ourselves. I would’ve rather driven 30 minutes out of the way to another location… Don’t recommend.

I’m not happy with my pizza I just order today it either was old or not even cooked all the way, this out of order. My personal opinion if they keep hiring younger people who not putting any love in the food stop hiring young kids that’s getting paid for nothing. What a shame.

Ordered online through little Caesars site twice. The first time was for pickup and the order wasn’t ready by the time we got there to pick up. Waited about 15 minutes. This last time was for delivery and the driver waited around for almost an hour for the order. The order was also mostly wrong. Missing items like sauce and entire pizza. Wrong items.
Like, I get it. The job there probably isn’t great. But Jesus, either pay the workers so they give half a damn and make sure there’s enough staff to handle the orders or just get out of the business. From the sounds of it there was only one person working there tonight. That’s ridiculous.

Order’s pizza a day ago I had a coupon so I bought two classic Little Caesars cheese pizza terrible The pizza didn’t have no taste. It taste like nothing but bread I had to dip the pizza into the garlic sauce actually eat it to actually enjoy some. a waste . money so you see my pictures what I did do it in the garbage never again
