My experience is that Papa Tom’s is reliably good. It may not be the best pizza ever, but going in and grabbing some with the boys is always a good time.

Called the first time and placed my order for delivery waited about 10 minutes and my card wasn’t charged so i called back. “they didn’t get the kind of pizza i wanted or my number” so the order didn’t go through. i then just placed it for pick up and went to get it. 40 bucks for food that tasted like a frozen red baron pizza… 10/10 DO NOT recommend

The staff was very friendly and service oriented. The pizza toppings were excellent, and the sauce was extremely flavorful. The crust, however, was not very appetizing. I have had authentic Italian pizza crust before, and this was not it, but sort of cardboardy. The price for a large pizza was more than I would have expected.

Went into Papa Tom’s tonight and the place was packed. A guy started screaming at the workers and calling them names because his pizza took longer than expected.
Service industry workers work very hard especially when it’s busy. Take a breath and read the room. That kind of behavior is so unessissary. Maybe get a frozen pizza at the grocery store if your in such a time crunch….
They make their food from scratch appreciate that they did the work so you dont have to.
Jonny is always so freindly and accomidating when we eat there along with the rest of the staff . The food is always consistently good hence why its so busy .

I havent written about this place for a while but it is 100 percent the best pizza in IF and possibly the world. Nice people who work here. Dine in take out its amazing. If you havent tried papa toms get in and give a try! Theyve been doing it since the 70’s and just keep getting better.

I often recommend this place! The aesthetic is down-to-earth, warm, and authentic. The Chicken Bacon Ranch with a cauliflower crust is a gluten-free favorite of mine, and I appreciate the free soda refills. They also have an arcade for the littles with a good selection.

The pizza was very good here and staff was amazing. There were plenty of choices for drinks on tap. The floors were dirty, but in all fairness we came an hour before closing and the place was well attended. The TV’s playing sports were in the need of updating. Overall, it’s a fun place to grab a slice.

We got the Combo with pineapple. Order a pitch of pop and you can get it Refeild twice more. After the the first one with pizza . The 2nd one went in my TAL drink pitcher. Very nice staff. Clean. The cost was 32bucks. EXTREMELY WORTH IT.

We were first time visitors this week, getting a big meat lovers pizza and sandwich! Both were absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was so cozy and the staff were all very nice. We will definitely come back to try more things! Thanks guys! ❤️

Store and pizza are outdated. Pizza is a 2 out of 5. Not very friendly. No greeting when we walked in. Pizza crust taste store bought. The sausage had good flavor though. Very dark inside.
The thing that sealed the score of 1 star was the fact the boy in the blue sweater didn’t even leave the pizza making area to sneeze. Had his sneeze right next to the rack of pizzas next to the ovens.
