We came in for boyfriend’s birthday, we were greeted immediately and taken to our table. Making a reservation is highly recommended. We opted for an option that provides a salad, entree, side and dessert. He got steak and I got stuffed chicken and we shared both plus the sides, garlic mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. The dessert was fantastic. Service from Amy was wonderful, Sarah checked in regularly and our waters were always filled.

We came to Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse the day after our wedding, and it was such a special experience from start to finish. The service was absolutely amazing. Our server went above and beyond she even brought out little heart confetti for us and took the time to explain everything thoroughly since it was our first time dining here. She was so kind and attentive.
The manager was also incredibly welcoming—he greeted us, checked in to make sure we were enjoying everything, and even surprised us with champagne to celebrate.
I had never tried a good steak before I came here. Super soft and full of flavor. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a wonderful time celebrating her birthday here last week. We had a fantastic server Beth who made our evening very special. She did her best to ensure my wife’s dietary restrictions were followed and provided excellent service to say the least. The food was delicious and we can’t wait for more, we will definitely be returning to soon!

This Ruth’s Chris location has been a restaurant my husband and I have dined at for special occasions throughout the years, starting with my senior prom. We have also gone here for things such as anniversaries, which made it an easy pick for the restaurant of many to choose from for Culinaria Restaurant Week. We decided to invite our two close friends so they could enjoy it as we have, and I am very sorry to say not only was it a disappointing experience, but also embarrassing as it’s a place we recommended. To start, our reserved table wasn’t ready, which was blamed on booking errors with OpenTable. We ordered a bottle of wine for the table, and it took a while for everyone to get their glasses after the bottle had been opened. Now to the 3 course meal: EVERY course had something wrong with it. I’m not sure if there is new staff or what the excuse is, but for a restaurant of this price point, that is unacceptable. 2/3 Caesar salads didn’t have any croutons and the third had no Parmesan cheese. When the main course came out, they accidentally brought 2 spinach and instead of 1 spinach and 1 mashed potatoes. We were just left with the 1 spinach. We were almost done eating when we finally reminded the waitress, who had forgotten to bring out the correct side of mashed potatoes. This is also the first time we have run out of water and had to request more. On a positive note, at least the steaks were cooked correctly and the sides were good. We also got extra bread as requested, which was also good. Now for dessert. When we initially ordered, we informed the waitress that I’m allergic to chocolate, so we ordered the regular cheesecake (the other option being chocolate). By the time dessert was brought out, she informed us they ran out of the regular cheesecake. No offer to make a substitution, just the assumption that I would not be getting any dessert. I asked if she could at least bring me sherbet or something, and she said she MIGHT be able to get me some vanilla ice cream. After our experience, I feel like it would have been the tactful thing to offer one of the other desserts on the menu, instead of just bringing out the cheapest dessert item offered and act like she was doing me a favor. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. *Please don’t offer a Culinaria Restaurant Week menu if you are going to treat your patrons that use it as second class guests. I will not be recommending this location to anyone and don’t plan to go back as there are numerous other steak houses in SA.

The service was great and the food looked amazing. I feel like the opportunity to season the food was missed. Everything was a bit bland. The Old fashion and espresso martini were great. Our server was amazing she said it was only her third shift but she was too good for that to be true.
