Placed a mobile order today for counter pick up. Got there and food was not ready. Waited 10mins and asked the manager about my order. She said ok coming right up! We’ll it never did. After waiting for a total of 25 plus mins I asked another employee and he finally brought up my order. Unacceptable! No sorry or anything. Got back to work and opened up my bag the fries were soggy and unsalted. Ate most of my quarter pounder to find out the meat patty was not cooked through. At this point I am hoping not to get food poisoning !!

Past few times I’ve been here Owen has been able to take my order efficiently and correctly making sure I get my food as soon as possible. I appreciate his attention to getting orders out to guests on time as well as his friendliness. Never feel like the workers are rude here and they are always listening and checking in if anyone needs help.

This is a revised review from about 2 months ago. From 1 star to 5 stars. My food was served quickly and professionally. To top it off I think it possibly was the best McDonald’s fish filet and fries I’ve had in a long time. Great work keep it up. I will be back to see if you are. I said I would never return but I’m glad I did today. Thank you.

Management is very unethical no surprise staff is any different, all you hear is them chatting amongst themselves instead of caring for customers entering , it took over 15 mins for my order when it wasn’t rush hour all I ordered was a happy meal ; supervisor that I approached seemed to even get upset when I asked for status of my order. This is unacceptable, not the first time this happens at this location. District manager please do better in hiring process and educating staff how to treat all paying customers with kindness and respect.

So they drive-through is always pretty busy. I haven’t been there in a while, but I went today and I ordered the two cheeseburger meal which is a number nine. What I got was a hamburger wrapped in a cheeseburger wrapping paper and fries and a drink so I was missing a cheeseburger. I was missing cheese on a hamburger and I had asked for extra pickles and extra onions that didn’t happen And I was charged for the cheeseburger meal. I didn’t know if to laugh or think the universe for saving my calories just expect the unexpected. I guess they don’t know how to take orders. They don’t know how to deliver orders just be patient and check your bag before you leave the window because I left the window and now, it’s too late.

The venue is on the smaller side and the parking lot can be challenging because of the high traffic from the other shops and restaurants nearby. The venue itself is clean and has kiosks, drive thru,and curbside so you can get in and out very fast. There is no Play Place at this location. The staff are very polite and efficient.

This review is from my wife. For the price of the deluxe meal I got a little bit of food. I’m an American, you can’t just give us a lot of food and then turn around and start cutting food back. Less food, more money. You can’t do that to people!

Waited over 15 minutes for a curbside pickup. They first gave my order to someone else, so it had to he remade. By the time I got my order, the burger, fries, and nuggets were all cold. Ontop of that, they were out of diet coke. I watched 2 different curbside orders who came after me, leave before me. This may just be the worst mcdonalds ive ever been too, and thats really saying something.. Never again will I step foot in this mcdonalds.
