Never in my life had I EVER had beef cheeks!!! But man was they delicious!!!! Like brisket and roast had a baby! Mouth watering goodness!!!!!! The sausage was good too.

Hands down best barbecue I have had in my life. I’ve never tried beef cheeks before and it was so tender and flavorful. I was genuinely shocked at how amazing everything was. The main favorites from this order was the beef rib and beef cheeks. The hash and rice was really good, very different and I didn’t expect the sweet flavoring but was surprisingly my favorite side. The Mac n cheese was also one of the best I’ve had.

Absolutely amazing BBQ! My fiancé and I shared a tray. It is pricey but worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY! We tried the Beef cheek, brisket, Sausage, Mac and cheese and collard greens. Everything was PERFECT!

Beef ribs was amazing, beef cheek was ok with a good crust on outside but slightly weird texture, Mac and cheese was good and thick, the potato salad was decent but not find of sweet pickle.or miracle whip flavor, and the BBQ sauce was good but runny.
They need some killer desserts like banana pudding, or cookies, and brownies or something.

The BBQ was different, and fantastic! We loved the greens, a little sweet, but so yummy. The sausage was very tasty. I wish the knives were a little more substantial to cut the sausage. The brisket was so delicious. The burnt end mac and cheese was out of this world. The staff were so friendly and kind. Their selection of beverages was pretty good but it would be nice if CheerWine was included. Bravo Palmira!

The best! All the meats were seasoned and smoked to perfection!!! The sides were off the chain: gotta get the Puerto Rican beans! The service was impeccable!!! All the staff were sweet and knowledgeable in all aspects!! The owner was super sweet and respectable, and it was nice to meet him and tell him how good the food was!!! Definitely a 10/10 and would recommend to everyone!!!

Definitely worth the drive. The food was amazing. The rib and the beef cheeks were my favorite. The arroz con gandules side was so delicious and flavorful. Would definitely come back. Honestly everything was sooooo good. The customer service was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Had a dinner here with my company, Minutemen Property Damage Services after a late shift with some employees and they were blown away by this place. The barbacoa on the tostada was hands down the best I’ve ever had. So much flavor, thought I ordered too much food but it was surprisingly light for BBQ (didn’t feel horrible after). Definitely need to check this place out if you like BBQ

We were a group of 12 visiting from the DMV area. We were accommodated and welcomed with great hospitality. The menu items go fast. So get there early. The pernil and barbacoa sandwiches were delicious and so were the ample sides. Definitely recommend.

We arrived on the weekend slightly before opening and there was no line but a few others showed up right behind us as they were opening the doors. Since the counter is right there and there really aren’t menu descriptions I’d recommend going in with a game plan.
Food was served quickly and efficiently though and there wasn’t a single bite less than great.
We will definitely stop back for some items we didn’t have the opportunity to try.
