I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Taco Bell. I ordered a Grilled Cheese Burrito, but there was *no grilled cheese on the outside at all* which defeats the whole point of ordering that item. On top of that, the regular crunchy taco I received had a shell that was cold, hard, and tasted almost stale. To make things worse, it came with sour cream and tomatoes, which I didn’t ask for. I expect better attention to detail, especially when I’m paying for something specific. Do better, Taco Bell.

I placed a order on the taco bell app. I ordered a build your own, a supreme luxe box and cantina chicken bowl and got 2 supreme lux boxes. I did not receive my cheesy fiesta potatoes or crunchwrap supreme. This is the 2nd time you guys mess up on my order.

NOT SAFE FOR VEGETARIANS – Although Taco Bell boasts safe for Vegetarians, this is the THIRD time this Taco Bell has put meat in my meatless orders. As a vegetarian this is a HUGE issue and I am no longer considering this location as a safe place for me to eat. The last two times I brought in the meal, physically showed them the meat when they denied it, and had it remade. At this point it feels like a humiliation ritual and I am just giving up. Today was a cheese quesadilla and yet there was added Chicken, I tossed it away and just placed my online complaint at this point.

Absolutely disgusting!! My family and I ordered food and when I got home to pass it out this is the slop we go. We also got food poisoning the next day from this food. The manager refused to give a refund cause he said “no one else complained ” we will never be back and neither will any of our other family. I suggest yall stay clear of this place. Terrible customer service when ordering and when calling about the food poisoning.

I ordered two meals for my partner and I and only received half my order. When we told them they were talking so much shit at the window loudly as if we were the problem. We were nothing but polite. If you’re going to talk ish through drive through, next time show up at the window face to face. “10 minutes later” cause you didn’t do it right the first time. Learn to fold a taco quicker and check your work and you wouldn’t have those problems. Come correct or stay home ♀️

I ordered while on the road so we didnt have to wait that long. I guess eveyone had the same idea, because when we arrived, they were slammed with door dash orders. They got through it fairly quickly and eveything was right with my order.

Probably the worst Taco bell I’ve been too. When I get a quesadilla it’s almost NEVER cut and only 2 of the what would be 4 pieces (if it was cut correctly) have meat in it. I pay for steak I should get steak. , TACO BELL strikes again..except quesadilla cheese wasn’t melted this time, and my crunchwrap had no meat and was soggy and floppy! But this time I come with pictures of the horrible BS. Ohh and only had meat on half my crunchwrap

Not sure if there’s any point in submitting feedback. I already sent a message and requested a follow up but never heard from anyone. Clearly customer service isn’t important to Taco Bell. Very disappointed. I ordered on the Taco Bell app and received an email stating the order would be READY at 6:25pm. I arrived at 6:29pm and was told they had not even started on the order. The drive thru continued to flow while everyone inside stood around wondering why they were not getting their food. It was over twenty minutes past the time I was told it would be done (got my food at 6:48pm). The exuberant prices have already caused me to eat at Taco Bell much less frequently, and now it’s not even FAST food. Furthermore, the sauce cups barely had anything in them. I like the creamy jalapeño sauce with my bean burrito. They charge $.30 extra and don’t even put enough in a cup to enjoy one tiny bean burrito. Come on, Taco Bell! Do better!!

Person working was definitely high on something and if you’re gonna be high while working I would at least expect the food to taste good. I used to work at Taco Bell for a very long time. I know the nacho cheese cup isn’t supposed to be filled to the brim with cheese and I don’t know if they were out of nacho cheese or what but the amount they just gave us was ridiculous and not even enough for 4 fries plus is was cold and I live right across the street so it’s not like it took forever to get home. The fries were also still frozen in the middle and very cold outside. Probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.
