Apart from the salad, the food was not good. The linguini with chanterelle mushrooms were missing something and hence lacked taste and were dry. The grilled gambas’s olive oil bases sauce lacked – perhaps missing the garlic, the spice, etc.
The service was varied though the people running the place were awesome.
We sat outside which was uncomfortable and basic. The inside seating looked really nice but we didnt get a place there.

Delicious food, excellent and super friendly service. Waiter could read the menu by heart.
Clean and great decorated.
In walking distance from Hotel Atlantic (8minutes) and le meridien (5 minutes).
Parking could be challenging since it’s a crowded neighborhood.

From the outside you might not think this is a 5 star restaurant but for sure you will know if you walk inside where the atmosphere is friendly and the food is amazing. The lovely and very welcoming service made the evening very pleasant.
The wine card is fabolous and for sure you will find something at every price range.
Would definitely come and visit again.

The food here is only fine. The Bruschetta was good and gave hope for a delicious discovery but the pizza that followed was a big let down. Very greasy. Only €42 for 2 bruschetta and 3 margaritas and drinks which is great value but maybe try the pasta

Had two visits at Casa di Roma until now. I’ll give you a short summary: We enjoyed all our meals from starter over main dish to dessert! Service was friendly, the style is authentic and you have a good selections over all parts of your menu. Evey week there are also new selections from the kitchen you can choose. There are classic Italian dishes and new styles – fish is always fresh and tasty. Don’t forget the wine selection: Excellent. Perfect place for a candle light dinner – just to mention 😉

One of the best meals I have had in Hamburg during the past 7 years. I had beef tartare and fish – everything was extremely delicious. Unfortunately I didn’t have any room for the dessert so I am planning to return soon.
