We went drive thru ordered Pink drink Trenta there was maybe 6 cars ahead of us. Finally 20 min later we finally get to orders we actually pulled up to the speaker and didn’t get help until 6 min later finally we get to the window to pay we do so and when she is handing us our drinks we noticed they were the wrong size . She asked us to pull in the parking to get down so we’re inside were explained the mistake to the cashier and asked my daughter to slide the credit card she charged us again full price instead of just charging me the difference for the larger size. We waited there for another 30 min while waiting there my daughter and I seen 2 customers go back saying they got the wrong order one the pastry’s. If you are in Delano and want Starbucks I highly suggest going to the one on Woollomes by Walmart . I don’t know if it was just Bad Day for them but the wait and service was nothing I was impressed with.

bad , didn’t have change AND couldn’t make my drink right. I ordered a mango dragon , it tasted like sink water , I also ordered a white iced mocha , it tasted like milk & chocolate powder I can buy at a grocery store, these drinks didn’t taste how they were supposed to compared to the other Starbucks I go to in Delano. The lady completely ignored me when I asked for what I wanted, bad service.

This is a small Starbucks very lonely inside, the drive thru is a big mess but they have the Best Baristas with a great attitude. we happen to step into store because the line was around the block but was lonely inside. they were fast had a great attitude and they are a great team . couldn’t take a pic of them because they were pack with orders. i do prefer my drinks freezen cold ❄️

They charged an extra 1.25 for cream cheese and never put the cream cheese in the bag. This is my third time ordering a bagel with cream cheese and they never put the dam cream cheese. Scammers

Waited almost 10 minutes in line before giving up to even make an order. 5 parking spaces, very crowded, obviously busy. Restrooms for filthy, not coming back to this one again

This is the best Starbucks I have ever visited. The service is above and beyond. The staff is fun and friendly and they create a very welcoming atmosphere. The store is clean and modern and could not be more conveniently located. Though truthfully, I would drive out of my way to visit this location again. Well done.
