I love this Burger King always clean when I go inside an when I ask for everything to be dropped an I’ll wait for it they do that with no problem inside always clean sweeped an mop,table wipe down. My family love this location I visit it at least twice a week if not 3 times. Staff is kind an respectful. Definitely going to keep coming to this location. I feel bad for the owner, but my experiences at this location have been very disappointing. One employee in particular is extremely rude, especially toward women, and has no customer service skills. He ignores customers and becomes disrespectful when orders are missing items.
The food is often cold and poorly prepared. There have been times I’ve had to throw food away because I was worried about food safety. Because of how customers are treated, I’m uncomfortable going back. I do not recommend this location.

Was out of menu items. I was charged for a Double Whopper, when I only ordered a Whopper. The food did not taste fresh at all. The large soda had no ice, was hot , and was flat. Didn’t tell us they didn’t have ice when we ordered. I dont know if it was so bad because they are going out of business, but I will never be back to this location.

Just went there to pick up food. The guy taking my order had no customer service skills whatsoever. I repeated my order three times. The guy cooking says, “I got it”. I asked for two cups for the drinks that I ordered and he said “ I got a car in the drive thru.” Grabbing two cups was too much for him to handle simultaneously. He finally comes back and asks me “is the soda machine working?” To which I reply, “I don’t know.” I go and check it out and it says “enter password” on the screen. I let him know what it said. Long story short, I’m half way back home and realize the dude never gave me change for the $20 bill I gave him. I call the store to let the manager know, and the phone just keeps ringing. No one picks it up after a good dozen rings. Steer clear of this place! I want my change!!

Two for two the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to the first time I ever went. They took 20 minutes to make two cheeseburgers and the second time the staff was very rude and the chicken fries that I got were cold and these cheeseburgers are the worst cheeseburgers I’ve ever tasted and the sweet tea doesn’t even taste like normal sweet tea. It taste like it has some additive.

This burger King was the worst that I’ve been to. The service..the staff said that we didn’t need a cup holder because we were driving, we waited 15 minutes to get the food, we received no napkins, straws, and no condiments. They had No ice, the drinks were flat! They had a bunch of young kids working running around. That was just crazy!!!

So I would give this BK less than one star if I could. Part of the problem was management. There were 2 people running the entire place (1 on break) 2 cars in drive thru and myself and a grubhub driver waiting in line inside. The young man turned and said he would be with us in a minute. I was fine with waiting and understood his difficulty. 10 minutes later, the same young man turned around again, I smiled at him and he yelled at me, ‘I told you it would be a minute!!’ To which I replied ‘I didn’t say anything!?’ He huffed back to his work, incredibly hostile. So I turned around and walked out. Something told me he did that on purpose knowing he was going to have one less customer to worry about. Well he succeeded. In fact nobody from our family will EVER go back to the Burger King in Apopka. So, good for you BK Apopka! You successfully lost our business!
