This is the worst donut stop ever. My husband has always been a KK fan, and we usually go there as it’s an easier stop for us, although we joke about my past liking of Dunkin. Yesterday we were going to see someone in the hospital and decided to get some donuts to share with him. This was around 1 pm on a Sunday and there was no one else there. At the counter almost half of the trays in the display case were empty, and there were none of several of the donuts we like. There were at least 5 employees I could see, and a few of them were playing around by the drive through window and were so loud I had to raise my voice to order. I asked the girl working the counter if the donuts were fresh, made that day. She said they were. They WEREN’T. I was embarrassed to have taken these to someone. We didn’t eat one until we were at the hospital and they were so dry, obviously at least a day old. So I guess I’m going over to the other side now as I can’t defend Dunkin after this. Next time it will be Krispy Kreme for me after all these years.

Went drive thru ordered a hot original coffee 6 mixed doughnuts. Tried to give me iced got to window pay and he hands me iced coffee. I hand it back to him saying this is supposed to be hot. He did a redo and then I was good. Went on with the day of a good start. Overall gave 3 stars for coffee mishap. Thanks

You need new employees. No excuse for this. If your employees didn’t constantly mess up every order I’ve ever made in the Drive-Thru then it wouldn’t be a problem. But unfortunately I need to be standing in front of them for my order not to get messed up. That door should never be locked until 8:00 when you are supposed to be closing not one minute before that.

Hands down the best Dunkin staff in the area; friendly, quick, & accurate! I received my order within a few minutes and everything was exactly how I ordered it, even with a special request! This is the Dunkin you should go to when you want your order made right; I’ll be back soon!

This is the only dunkins I will go to! My son and I love to come here everyone is so nice and happy. They are extremely quick with our food and coffee and we usually get a lot at least 35 dollars worth. Every other dunkins I go to they always mess up my coffee and give me cold food. I will never ever go to another dunkins it’s worth they 40 minute drive for us. And they just redid the inside and it looks awesome! FAVORITE DUNKINS! EVER!!!!

I went inside and I was amazed how clean the place was. My Boston cream donut was very fresh and delish. The only thing is that the bagels that they serve now is no longer good. I would completely discontinue serving that because it is rubber. Their breakfast was cold on top of that. The coffee and the donuts were great, other than that do not eat their breakfast that was horrible and the waste of money.

Service started out good but then quickly went downhill, I asked politely where my food was and got ignored after being told the table was backed up drive through waiting as well. Got my food and it was a hot mess! It looked like The intentionally scrambled my hashbrowns, and my sandwich was just put together by a five year old! Even though this location is closer to my job, I will not be patronizing it

I usually don’t have problems at this location but I also usually go early in the morning before work, today I went a little later. I ordered a pumpkin donut and this is how it was given to me…they were rushing but I feel like that’s no excuse. You don’t hand someone food that’s smashed like this. No one spending money on anything should have service like that. Extremely disappointing
