The young man at the pickup counter at 5:00 p.m. on 2/13/2026 is such a sweetheart. He reminds me of the way my son carries himself because he’s so charismatic. I hope he gets every blessing that he has coming to him. That Wendy’s needs more people like him. Great attitude, great kid, had me leaving with a smile from a Wendy’s. I didn’t get his name but he’ll know that I’m talking about him if he sees this. Bless you young man and keep doing what you doing. Keep that same positive attitude

I have been stopping here on the weekends. Several months back, it was a different crew and the food was not fresh.The people were not friendly. Now it seems they have a new crew who are very friendly and the food when I go in is fresh. I’m not sure if it’s under new management, but I do believe it’s better than it used to be. I did go during breakfast.

When you walk into the restaurant, there is no acknowledgement that you are there. This has happened on several occasions. Not sure why I thought it would be different today. I just stood at the register for 3 minutes and not a single employee spoke to me or even looked my way. If you cant take two seconds to ar least acknowledgement my existence and tell me someone will be with me shortly, then you dont need my business. This is not the first time I have walked out of this Wendy’s, but it will be the last.

Same experience as Jeffery’s review. Obviously management at night is a huge problem and needs to be reported at this point since no accountability is being taken.
We ordered (3) Bacon Double Stack Biggie Bags at 9pm after a long day. 2/3 of the burgers were missing bacon. The buns were hard, the burger patties were old and dry. We were shorted nuggets out of every meal, and they threw in old nuggets and mixed them between regular and spicy. The fries were old and cold. People are going to get sick. At this point obviously a report needs to be made to whomever is necessary since there is a few reviews about this situation in the last month or so and no acknowledgement by the owner or manager, and the issue is still persisting. Serving customers old food that’s been sitting under a heat lamp for hours, and just tossing in whatever you have sitting around is not okay, and a health and safety issue.

Work nights and when I came here late night its awful. I was served 2 burgers that were room temperature. Not hot, hard bun. Im assuming they cooked extra burgers and threw them under the heat lamp to have them ready if anyone ordered. It was 12:10am and they close at 1am. Terrible pre closing process used apparently. During the day time this is one of the best locations around. But late night crew needs to be held accountable and trained again.

This is the worst wendys I have ever been to. Literally every time I’ve been here they have gotten my order wrong. Today was the same. After returning an incorrect order, they tried to argue with me. I will never spend a penny at this location again.

Every time I come to this location they are SSSOOOOOO SLOW!!!! They tell you to wait before you place your drive thru order. They don’t speak to you at the window then you have to pull up to wait for your food.. It’s the closest location to me Unfortunately. I don’t come very often but when I do it’s the same crappy service!!! Do better Wendy’s!!

It’s quite clear that @Wendy’s has no desire to provide quality service to their valued customers, nor are they concerned about recognizing members of the Armed Forces on Veterans Day! What fast food restaurant opens up for business at 8am, while other establishments start their day at 6am?! People are accustomed to grabbing their food or coffee early in the morning so they can get to work by 7am, 8am or 9am, or to eat breakfast sandwich while driving to work. So opening at 8am makes no sense at all. In addition, @Wendy’s used to support Veterans, but this year, they made no effort to do so, despite falsely advertising that they were participating everywhere online, including military websites. I adore your burgers , but this is a spot that I’ll be crossing off my “must visit list” moving forward. Do better @Wendy’s.

I paid for a Oreo brownie swirl milkshake, when I got to the window the lady was rude “I can’t do the fusion or the swirl it’s either vanilla or chocolate” all rude. As we see that both are literally there, then we stil got charged an extra $2 for the swirl frosty.
