Hadn’t been to a Popeyes in years- stopped in for lunch to go on our way through the area.
Very good for fast food. Everything was hot and fresh despite our order being ready very quickly. The young lady that took our order was friendly and efficient, the restaurant was clean, and so were the bathrooms. We got two chicken strip combos – both had plenty of food and the chicken was very crispy.
We will stop in again when in the area.

I ordered kids meals and it came with no biscuit. Upon going in to retrieve straws that they forgot to give me I asked about the biscuits after a Google search that said it should come with a biscuit. They apologized and said no it doesn’t sorry and told me to check the receipt to confirm. Upon checking the receipt it indeed mentioned nothing of a biscuit. What it did mention however was a kids toy, which was also not in the bag. So I feel they should’ve substituted for a biscuit since they didn’t include the toy mentioned on the receipt.

We had to wait half a hour for 6 wraps and a 3 piece chicken basket but people could come in and get their food right away and we were here before any of them it’s ridiculously this is supposed to be a fast food place not a half hour wait. Both my mom and grandfather are diabetes they needed food. Then my grandma when up and told them then they didn’t even give us half of our order. Then they said “Well it’s fast food” it’s not fast food when you have to wait Half a hour. This Happened January 29th 2026.

I ordered a Mild Chicken Breast with a biscuit, BBQ Honey boneless chicken wings, and a chocolate chip biscuit .
Pictured below is “the Chocolate Chip Biscuit.” Oh my goodness!! It is so good, and I could have eaten 5, but I enjoyed my 1. My dog came with me dribbling for that mild breast. It was so hot coming fresh from the fryer ~ yummy!!! Then those boneless chicken wings, oh, how do I say this … “Colonel, move over. These were finger licking freaking delicious after I topped them with extra honey …. so good !!! Go Popeyes!!! I love ❤️ you!!!

Extremely busy and I don’t think the crew were coordinated and some of the customers were getting very irate.
2024-10-08 stopped in to try the ghost pepper chicken sandwich and it was fantastic. I did the order on the app and just went through the drive-thru and picked it up. They were friendly and helpful.

I ordered the Family D set meal. When I received the takeaway, I opened it and found that there were only 4 spicy chicken burgers, a piece of French fries and a piece of biscuit. I missed a glass of Coke, but I didn’t give me a Coke for $2.09, and I ate it. The spicy chicken burger and French fries immediately had diarrhea. It must be because the food is not fresh. I am very dissatisfied. I am very angry. It is the worst takeaway experience ever! ! !

I have a very big soft spot for fried chicken, especially well seasoned chicken. Popeyes chicken really is another level in terms of fast food chicken. The kids behind the counter were very friendly and patient as I checked the menu. The food was fresh and tasty, and the restaurant itself was clean and roomy. Delicious food… can’t get orders right. Ordered a bunch of stuff (4 meals at $61…yikes!) to include a 3pc with 3 thighs at the drive thru. Confirmed at the speaker that I was getting 3 thighs. Confirmed a second time at the window when paying (order 31). All the other meals were right except…you guessed it…the thighs. Instead, I got 1 thigh and the smallest wing & drumstick. Normally I check, but this meal comes in a box and was in the bottom of the bag. Rather than be a jerk and rummage thru the bag at the window, I took the word of the person I paid and left. I will be rummaging from now on.

This latest visit was told to pull forward, park, and wait for food. I parked where staff could see me, they said 4 minutes. Turned into 45minutes. During this time the dining room was locked, was about 9pm, dining area was posted open. I called via phone and they said I should get back in line as they never leave the facility? I waited another while in addition to the timed 45 minutes. My food did get handed to me (staff were working hard) but food was cooled and the family pretty upset. I’m usually forgiving with a small wait but this makes me not want to visit this location again.
