I let it go when some young ladies at this location was letting a customer in front of me dog lick their hands because I was just getting a coffee. I paid close attention to how my cup was handed to me. The employees se pretty pleasant but this got me. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese meal with no folded egg. I simply don’t care for it. I open my sandwich wrap and see the folded egg. The young lady making the bag told another person no folded egg so I don’t fault them. I open the sandwich all the way up to take off the egg. No problem. Then I notice there’s no sausage patty! Please do better. I have no time to backtrack for someone else’s mistake. I shoudve just waited and went to Chikfila. SMH

Was very clean and well organized here. The food was extremely fresh . Hot and taste great The drinks were fresh also the staff were very friendly and nice here. We had sit in the lounge which was a great experience. Keep up the good work everyone.

Are you guys watering down the orange juice?! It literally tastes like “flavored” water. It’s always an issue with this location but this is stooping very low. Orange juice used to be real orange juice, you could taste it and feel the pulp and everything, today was literally orange colored water, zero taste.

This is for the McDonalds at 5115 dallas hwy powder springs, GA.**corner of Dallas hwy and lost mountain road) Specifically for orders placed through the McDonalds app for delivery from this specific store. I have ordered 3 times for delivery through the McDonalds app from this specific store. The first delivery I received the wrong order. The subsequent orders 2 and 3 they confirmed my order, confirmed time of delivery, confirmed driver was on way to pick up then suddenly sent notification my order was cancelled. When I call the store all i get is excuses from the manager, no apology for the trouble, no offer to try to make it right. Manager actually told me “not their problem”
Needless to say I will no longer give this store my business whether in person, drive thru or delivery. I would give 0 stars but was not an option.

I stopped here to get a quick bite to eat on my way to an event. I ordered two meals. When I opened the bag, the fries looked like they were sprinkled with pepper. I asked the employees of McDonald’s started putting salt and pepper on the fries, they replied no. I asked if we could get another order without the black sprinkles. Someone bagging food who appeared to be a manager said that’s from the grease, it needs to be changed. The employee told us it would take a long time to get another order so I asked for a refund. We were then told they’d make us a fresh order. We waited a little over 5 minutes for more fries with the same black sprinkles. Unfortunately for us, we didn’t realize this until we drove off. I called the location to speak with a supervisor. After the phone rang for 7 minutes, a gentleman who refused to give me his name answered claiming to be the supervisor. He claimed they no longer gave names out because they were connected to a gas station and people played on the phone often. I assured him I was not playing on the phone and that I was calling with a complaint. He rudely continued to question me asking for my information to which I advised I didn’t feel comfortable providing since he didn’t provide his. He then told me he would use the caller ID to forward my info to their director if HR. The interesting thing about that is if they had caller ID, he could’ve given me his name, especially if he was a supervisor. I called the national customer service number and reported this awful experience, but I caution anyone from going here. If the grease is so dirty it it makes the fries look peppered, imagine what is happening to other food that isn’t visible. Patronize this location with extreme caution. My daughter and I were to afraid to eat anything so we just wasted money. But if you eat something from here it might be at the expense of you health.

I rarely eat at McDonald’s anymore, their food quality has definitely dropped off while their prices have more than doubled. My only weakness is the McRib, so I stopped at this McDonald’s and got one. It was good, of course I am a bit biased and really enjoy that sandwich. The place is pretty clean and the service is average.

Although the food taste good, they are always forgetting somthing! Most of the time it is sauces, but today in the Halloween bucket the top on so we can’t see if everything is inside. Instead of having chicken nuggets inside there were 2 apple slice bags!! This is absolutely ridiculous for 7$!

Look. It’s a McDonalds, so I’m not going to try to rate another McDonalds menu. I am only rating this today to point out one employee. We came in on Sunday, Sept 2, 2018 at about 1pm.
My wife and I and another couple came in just to get a quick bite on our way to the square in Marietta, so this was on the way.
My buddy and I (both military veterans) were waited on by Amanda at the counter. She saw my buddies marine corps hat and bought him his meal, pretty dang cool.
However, that wasn’t the only reason I’m writing this review. Every single order that came thru while we were standing there, including 2 at the drive thru, were wrong. Amanda had rung everything up correct but who ever was in the back kept getting it wrong.
Amanda handled every unhappy customer and issue with professionalism and a good attitude. I am amazed at how she fixed all the issues without getting upset or frustrated.
Not sure how long this place can keep her, but thanks Amanda for keeping your cool.
4 stars ONLY because of Amanda, otherwise this would be a 1 star review. My wife’s burger was dry, my buddies biscuit was dry, but we didn’t want to add to Amanda’s problem list.

Horrible service. Dirty. Items frequently forgotten. Impossible to talk to employees. Food takes forever. No condiments. Ketchup dispenser is empty. No drink lids. Every time we come here it’s the same. The Wendy’s across the street is what this store should be. Go there.
