Here on a Friday night the patio full so we tried the dining room. Absolutely wonderful char broiled prime rib that came with a baked potato and soup or salad – we had the chicken vegetable soup and it was amazing too. We also had a cheeseburger which was just regular (not amazing just good) with a salad. Overall the server was very nice but slow, and it wasn’t busy enough to justify that at all. We’ll try again sometime.

I ordered the chicken bruschetta pasta and it was delicious! We sat outside and received excellent service. Just a tad strange sitting in the sandy area and feeling your chair sink into the ground! Must be for people who get very drink so they don’t fall over since the drinks are tasty too.

Nice restaurants by the lake of Forest lake. I can’t believe they actually have a lobster zone where you pay to try to pick up a lobster and then if you win it you get to eat it. Don’t know if I’d try the lobsters on but the food here is pretty good..

Late lunch and the service was great. Had the Shrimp scampi and husband there special stuffed spaghetti. He thought very good but too much cheese. Ate only half. Enjoyed french onion soup. The prawns we’re large and tasty in my shrimp scampi. Enjoyed starter salad.

I had been here once before, and I fell in love with their meatball sub. 2 years later, the meatball sub is just as amazing. Homemade ingredients in every dish. Absolutely delicious!

I’m sorry to have to post this because I really liked this place some time ago. The service has been steadily declining but tonight was absolutely horrible! We had a guest from out of town that had a business meeting in Forest lake so wanted to try it again. Long story short, we were there at 5:00 and finally were able to leave about 7:30. We were able to get a drink order when we first arrived and never received refills nor the option to order more. We finally flagged down someone else to get our daughter a refill of her soda and water.. finally around 6:30 we were able to put in another drink order by physically finding her but my husband’s rum and coke came out at 7:05. My daughter and my food came out 20 minutes before the other two in our group so we basically were done before their food even came out. We had to get our boxes and our bill from the greeter because we never saw the waitress but once to check on the food well after everyone is finished eating. The food itself was average. Bear in mind this was a Monday night and it was fairly empty. At least it made it for some good laughs because my out-of-town guest couldn’t believe how bad this represented the Twin Cities restaurants. She literally thought we set her up and there was a hidden camera on how absolutely ridiculous it was.
