Victory Brewing Company’s journey began in 1996 when childhood friends Ron Barchet and Bill Covaleski, fueled by their passion for brewing, opened our first brewery in a converted Pepperidge Farm factory in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. Since then, Victory has expanded across Chester County to Parkesburg and Kennett Square, and now to Philly!

Great experience at Victory Brewing Company Philadelphia! The food and drinks were excellent, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I especially loved the beer recommendation my waiter gave me. It was spot on and made the experience even better.
We also got an awesome table by the glass windows, with a perfect view of a lit-up Christmas tree outside, which added such a nice holiday touch. We visited on December 27, 2025, and I’m just getting around to writing this review now, but it was definitely memorable. Would absolutely come back!

Now one of my favorite places in Philly and one of my favorite breweries in the country. Many great beers (golden monkey, witty monkey, storm king, cloud walker) and their brewery salad is super healthy! The pretzel seemed to have honey included and very tasty beer cheese to go with it. Will be a regular go-to in Philadelphia now.

Nice, big, early 2000’s style brewpub. Maybe not the flavor of the week anymore, but I like it.
I had a seat at the bar upstairs. Decent specials on beer, so for a downtown location it was a good value.
The brews made in house were well done. A nice drinkable table beer, the smoked lager was very smokey, so not for everyone, and I really enjoyed the sour IPA.
Service was great, the staff was making sure I never ran out of beer.
Didn’t try any food.

We have visited victory brewing two times in the past month. Both times we were served by Andre . He knows the menu well and the fresh beers too! He was two for two. Victory has TV’s all over playing sports. My opinion is they cater to the younger crowd, but there were older people eating and drinking as well. The food tends to be fast Casual . A few items that we sampled were the meatball appetizer, Philly cheese steak, and a smash cheeseburger. Worth a visit.

I visited Victory Brewing Company Philadelphia for dinner on June 17, 2025. I was hoping to visit a local brewery, and this place was exactly what I was looking for. Although the nachos weren’t quite to my taste, I really enjoyed the tacos. As for the beer, it’s always a bit of a gamble whether you’ll find one you love, but I had heard that Cloud Walker (a dry-hopped hazy juicy IPA) was popular, so I decided to give it a try—and it turned out to be the right choice. It was an excellent hazy IPA, one I’d love to drink again. I doubt I’ll have many chances to find it in Japan, but if the opportunity arises, I’d definitely like to enjoy Cloud Walker once more.

Gotta a ride and swung pass here. I also had a taste for a beer and burger. Starting off with the burger… it was nice and somewhat messy. The taste was definitely there but TOO MUCH SALT! Fries was good (no salt) tbh it was kinda plain and boring. I know it a brewery but where is the spunk? I doubt I’m coming back.

My husband & I stopped here after a day of exploring Philly – it did not disappoint!!!! The chicken pot pie was TO DIE FOR! Our server was so great and made our experience even better. I’m blanking on his name but he has hair like Kramer from Seinfeld! (I think Andre but not 100%??)
All in all – wonderful spot and we can’t wait to come back!

We stumbled upon this place on the way back from the Museum of Art and thought it looked good so we checked it out. I had the coconut siracha wings with the the calamari app and my wife had a salad bowl with salmon. We were both very happy with our meals. Super tasty and good size portions. Our server was Shae and he was the absolute best. Very friendly and he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our experience. Ask for him if you get a chance Thanks again Shae. I highly recommend this place. The food, the vibe and the service is top notch.

Dropped in on a Saturday afternoon for a quick snack and a beer. We sat at the upstairs bar. The pretzel and crab dip were quite good.
The highlight of our visit, however, was our bartender, Donny. He and his mother (who happened to be a patron of the bar that day) were a delight, and Donny was even nice enough to give us recommendations for the area given that we were visiting from out of town.
Perfect place to kill a few hours, especially if you’re lucky e ough to get Donny.
