Restaurant was nice and clean except for the bathroom. Always amazed at how small the regular hamburger is, and I wish they would put more salt on the fries. But, still my favorite place to eat! Sure glad they still let us order at the counter, always have trouble with the self ordering sites.

We are visiting Sarnia for a basketball tournament. After a long day of work, driving, and watching the tournament, we wanted to grab something to eat quickly that was walking distance from the hotel. The experience was great from start to finish. This was around 8:30/9 PM and the manager on the evening shift had that place running like clockwork. The staff were friendly, engaging and efficient. The order was a big one and they got everything right.

They’ve never messed up my order, their workers have always been polite, sometimes very polite, but that’s not a huge concern for me, and they have decently fast service considering how busy it can be earlier in the day. Their coffees normally dont taste the greatest but that’s more up to how much sugar and creamer you want in it, so.

Ordered take out using the mobile app on a Saturday night. The lobby closes at 9pm, but it’s not listed in the hours online. The food was fine, despite a somewhat unusual order. However the individual that handled my order messed up twice, even though they weren’t busy at all. I’m glad I checked the takeout bag before leaving, because I was missing one of the burgers and also one of the drinks! They had to go back in twice to get them after I pointed it out.

Mc Donald’s is the only coffee I will drink. Today it was bitter, I would have taken it back , but now we are heading to London. Also the English muffin was stale, I could only eat the egg. Sorry. Usually very satisfied.

This is the 3rd time that we have ordered takeout and the order is wrong. We pay for one thing and get another and what is worse is the order on the bag is correct but the employees cannot seem to fulfill the order. This is the 2nd time ordering a McCrispy and getting horrible tasting grilled chicken. The third time it was completely wrong order.
