The only reason I give two stars is because every time you order on your phone and you pay for it and then you drive to come and get it. It doesn’t matter how long it takes. They never have my drinks ready and then I have to wait even longer. It is absolutely ridiculous. That is something that they definitely need to work on.

Not too much of a long line at all once we ordered, we waited about 10 minutes and I got our order. There was about four of us waiting on orders so our wait time was not long at all.
However I would definitely have the employee say the names a lot louder because a lot of the times we could not hear our name and I items were sitting. We ordered several coffees, hot cocoa, and a pastries such as the classic coffee cake, egg white kale and mushroom which are very delicious the Danish and croissants. Always a treat. The white mocha hot chocolate with no espresso and whipped cream is absolutely delicious!

The store was clean. The staff did not acknowledge me when I walked in but were nice at the register. Service was fast and accurate. I don’t care for the bathroom sink to have water, soap, and the dryer built into one piece. I then had to use my hand to touch the bathroom handle to exit.

I’ve debated posting this but every single time I go the employees are rude! God forbid you have a question about one of the drinks then they get all huffy. Not to mention they don’t make their drinks right. I used to go here often since it’s on mu way to work and closer to home. I usually go to the other Collinsville location since they always treat me better. I went again last night and was still greeted by the same poor customer service. As well as obnoxious wait times. There a difference between when you are busy and when you are flat out lazy!

As soon as I came in I was not greeted, I walked to the register and stood there for 10 mins waiting for an acknowledgment after I said excuse me 3 times kindly. I was then approached by someone just saying what’s your order with a look of frustration. I am traveling and don’t appreciate the service at this store I would not recommend this location they very much lack customer service. All around rude and nasty.

My grand daughter got a last minute Birthday request even at choosing and the employee’s didn’t know until after the order was payed for and we were waiting and was still kind and waited on us even in the very least 30 sec.- a minute with kindness ands a smile on they’re faces..
I thank you’s all..
