I stopped by for a minute and had biscuits and gravy and a macchiato the biscuits were very hard and almost would not cut even with a knife I was there as much to eat as to take a minute and wait for a friend the macchiato was thin and tasted somewhat odd I believe the food had not been booked after as it usually should and I’ve had better at other restaurants so I can’t say it deserves a good report. I don’t usually put a bad report out but in this case the biscuits were hard enough to make comment. I notified the restaurant as I left and they asked if I wanted to refund I said no thank you I generally don’t do that just because it degrades the profit center of the restaurant nonetheless I believe the biscuits we’re left out to dry over a period of time. Sad normally they’re very good

I went into McDonald’s today to get $1 cheeseburger like I used to as a kid. I got two with so much mayo I could probably make another 4-5 burgers with it. My main concern was my cheeseBURGER was missing the dang BURGER. 1 star 100% listen to your gut when it says not to come here.

Always always always takes forever. Workers always walk right past you and act like you don’t exist. Countless times I have seen my order sitting in a bag ready while a worker is talking and laughing with their buddies or them checking their phones. I hate going to this McDonalds but sometimes the location is too convenient. I would say that it’s because they’re busy but I frequent the location on main st in Englewood as well and they’re busier and my food is always waiting for me even when I order as I’m driving down the street.

Fries. Cold. Under cooked. Missing items. Walked in. Noone spoke to me for 20minutes. A manager walked up, i said I had a mobile order and he just walked off. Close this 1 down, its terrible. 3 people in front of me also complained about how bad the service is.

Clean store, employees friendly & polite, but WAY too slow for breakfast hours when people are trying to get to work on time!!! A basic breakfast sandwich and a couple of hash browns, no special orders, should not take 10 minutes.

It’s a great place from the morning through mid-afternoon, when the older staff is working. They come to the window friendly, meet my dogs, and get the order right and if they don’t, they’re super friendly about fixing it. Once mid-afternoon and the weekend hit and the staff changes, it’s a whole different place. I avoid it and go to the one by the highway or in West Milton. God forbid you pay in cash and expect your small change back, or expect your order to be right. You’ll get sly looks and a completely different attitude than in the morning.

food was good, but if you’re a cash paying customer, you have to wait till last because they don’t take that at the kiosk and they want to clear all orders before they take cash and then they don’t give back change. I recommend not to go here, it’s close to home so when I just want to grab something I usually go to Burger King but they were packed. I regret coming here. The hamburger patty wasn’t cooked all the way it was still pink on my boyfriends burger, mine was soaked in grease and the bun soaked that up and became unedible. I ordered the 13 cookie tote and they just threw them in the tote while still hot an they molded together broken. I’m never coming to this mcds, I’ll go to Burger King or the mcds off of main. Now my stomach hurts.. thanks McDonald’s!

The drink I got was watered down so I went into the restaurant to get something else and was appalled. There was literally trash on every table and under every table. The floor was dirty and flooded by the drink dispenser and still didn’t have the drink I needed. The hamburger patty had obviously been sitting out for a long time, very hard. I took one bite and threw it all away. I’ll never go back.
