Intimate setting and the food was lovely. Visited here to celebrate my birthday with my husband. The wait staff were attentive and gave great food recommendations. At the end of the night we had a lovely chat with the owner who takes time to get to know his guest. A beautiful place with beautiful people, will definitely be back.

Came here on Thursday just gone for my partner’s birthday. Was made to feel very welcome from as soon as we got in the car park. The waiters and waitresses were all very nice and attentive. Have to give a special mention to the owner who came to wish my partner a happy birthday and spent a good ten minutes chatting to us, especially regarding my hometown Manchester, was a pleasant suprise. The cocktails were delicious also. The food came thick and fast and was absolutely cooked to perfection. From the fresh bread, all the way through to desert, we couldn’t fault any of it. Again we was made to feel very welcome and will be back in the coming months, more than once. Her birthday meal was definitely eaten at the right restaurant 🙂

Honestly, this was the best food I’ve ever had in the UK. I was impressed by the staff’s attention to detail. From the warm greeting on arrival to the impeccable service throughout. The food itself was flawless and I tried more than 3 courses. Everything was simply perfect. If I could, I’d give more than 5 stars. Truly exquisite in every way.

We had a fantastic night celebrating our 10th anniversary. They had great vegan options – not on the menu, but they were able to adapt or make practically any dish you wanted. They have oat cream and vegan cheese so it’s not just tomato pasta either!
The staff and hosts were brilliant. So friendly and helpful.

I took my fiancée here last week for her birthday and we had a wonderful time! I must say the service is first class.
We got the battered fish sharing platter, and although it tasted good, the portion was very small… I could have eaten it by myself!
I got the rolled pork belly main dish, and it was absolutely delicious! My partner had the swordfish and really enjoyed it. However, the side dish of potatoes was an extremely small portion. The desserts were very nice as well. I enjoyed the pistachio ice cream.
I couldn’t bring myself to give this place 5 stars as I just didn’t feel it was the best value for money. I have no problem paying higher prices if the food and portions match it. It just didn’t quite hit the mark for me. I do think the portions could be better.
However, my partner and I agreed that we would certainly go back again and you never know… they may be able to change my 4 star to a 5 star next time!

First time we ate there last night, was recommended by friends. Food was a delight, excellent quality ingredients, cooked beautifully and tasted wonderful. The menu is superb for all three courses too. The staff are very professional, attentive and friendly. I cannot fault anything. Think I just found my new favourite restaurant.
