Had a great experience dining here today! My only complaint was that the french onion soup was filled extremely low compared to the other Lima location. Other than that my food was fantastic!

We are long time residents of Lima and have frequented this location for many years. Its clear that it has been on the decline for some time. Our most recent visit was a Monday evening. When the 2 of us walked in, it seemed reasonably busy, but there were still just less than half of the tables unoccupied. There was a group of 4 already waiting, and the hostess told us it would be a 15 minute wait. When she seated us at a high top, it was a 6 top, and it was wobbly. The bartender was our server, which was fine, she did a fine job. However, our food order was delayed. We requested a 2 for 25, I had two drinks before any food was served, and we never received the appetizer that was supposed to come with it. She did discount that, so we were thankful. There were at least three other tables that we witnessed complaining about the wait on food. Once we received our dinners, we were not impressed at all with the presentation and the quality. Tasted ok, but not up to standard for this location in the past. To top off our visit, the restrooms were a disaster. Upon entering, each of the doors was donned with a white paper taped to it. “Male” as the men’s room would read. The one and only urinal was out of order. It smelled bad, was dirty, and in serious need of attention or upgrades. We plan to use the survey coupon at a different location. We hope ownership and management can bring this location back to life.

Our waiter was very new, only a short time waiting tables. But was so respectful. It was nice to see young people show so much respect. Unlike some young people who just are not out there with a work ethic or respectful.

We had the most fantastic server tonight…Ayanna. She was so kind and energetic. She treated our group with such a great attitude! Service was quick and food was delicious. Thanks for a great visit Ayanna!!

A corner table seemed cozy but turned out to be very drafty.
Our server was very pleasant. The bar didn’t seem busy but it must have been 10-15 minutes to get a pint.
Ordered the New Orleans style chicken, bland and overcooked.
As staff dwindles and guests give up, are restaurants in a death spiral? Less help > less guests > less help > few guests > no help > no guests . . .

Went for dinner tonight the place wasn’t very busy lots of tables and booths open. I requested a booth and was told there were none available. With a 8 being open but I guess in the wrong area so I took a table. There was a booth right across from my table that was open plates on it. So I took the booth and moved the dishes as no one was buying the table. As I was doing that the hostess came over and told me I can’t touch the restraunt property and not allowed to switch tables. That I should have requested get to get the table clean. Clearly I requested a booth at the start and she could have said let me get the one ready for you instead of reading me the roit act in front of other customers. I haven’t been here for awhile and I won’t return with how I was treated and embarrassed. Food and waitress was good. They were out of stuff and the wait was forever.

Service isn’t that great. Watching the bartender waste SO MUCH BEER pouring all the foam out cause she does not know how to pour a beer was extremely sad. However, that wasn’t even the worst of it. Got my food to go. Get home and the cup of Tortellini Chicken Soup isn’t even a portion large enough to feed a toddler. $6 and got about $2 worth. What a joke. (see pic for reference). Wasting beer and shorting people on portions.
