Wow! Came for the lunch all you can eat sushi. I’ve been here many times but should’ve known better. We ordered 5 rolls for two of us and only finished two. Amazing sushi and Giant portions to be careful when ordering. Incredible bargain.

Ok, if you only read one sentence Don’t Go! We had reservations at 6pm and arrived at 5:50 for my son’s birthday party. The hostess was extremely rude. I checked us in and she said it would be 20 minutes. I said we had reservations at 6pm and she walked away. We were seated at 615 and no one came to the table until 630. They then took out orders and the chef showed up at 7:10. The other couple sitting at the table walked out due to lack of service and poor quality of food. The chef could tell we were annoyed and didn’t say anything and got away as fast as possible. My son asked for a refill on his drink and that took 15 minutes. The food was bland and the staff did not care this was a birthday or about the customers. If you go I wish you the best and arrive 60-90 minutes before you want to eat. Also the parking was not lit so it was not easy to find for a first time customer. I can’t say this more clear, this place is awful, save your money!

Just average food, service, and below average atmosphere/cleanliness. My married son had been wanting to go here for months and we finally went the week of Christmas. The first thing noticeable was a trail of sauce from the front door around the seating and into the kitchen. It was still there an hour later when we left. We had several New York steak and shrimp combo meals as well as steak and chicken. It was good but, was way over salted as well as the fried rice. The hibachi chef was pretty good and carried on a good conversation. He was a little embarrassed when one of the spatula’s ended in my granddaughters plate. The portions were good sized. Overall our experience was not worth the price. Aprox $250 for 7 people with water for drinks. Also, I thought the $8 plus fee to share/split a meal was on the high side. This is someplace to forget about.

Just like ever — delicious!!! We’ve been going to Tepanyaki for at least two decades (originally the one in Provo, and since moving to Lehi, here). It’s been a few years since we went, but we were celebrating birthdays a month late and I just got say, we love this place. It seems there may have been some down years, but it was fantastic as always.
We usually share the Geisha Special, but one of us wanted extra shrimp, so two plates. The soup and ginger dressing salad were so good. Then the fried noodles and fried rice — superb.
Nothing makes zucchini taste better than a hibachi grill and some teriyaki.
And then the meats. Have mercy! Shrimp hot, tasty and just pops! The steak was perfect. Chicken wonderful. It was a great presentation. We had tons of fun and I’m so glad they made it through the pandemic and are alive and well. Prices don’t even seem that bad with how much fast food has gone up.
We will visit again!

We have gone to Tepanyaki growing up a lot, but the overall experience felt pretty different since then. The restaurant was completely open on a Friday night, and felt off. The food itself was decent, and was prepared correctly even from a young chef. It still felt weird that there was no one here.

The chef was amazing, but if you want a to-go box or refills on water, plan on waiting around for an hour.

My wife and I love to go to Teppanyaki because this one is usually not too busy and the food always tastes good. The chefs are always fun and make it an experience. The best way to go to Teppanyaki though is to get eight people at a table so that you get the whole table. Catching the shrimp in your mouth is always fun. If you have small kids backing them away from the grill a little bit so that the fire doesn’t scare them too much is also a tip.

I am so disappointed in the quality of this place, the food is just really bad in my opinion & certainly not worth the hefty price at all. The chicken was hard to chew, dry & overcooked. The noodles tasted like they were dunked in straight corn syrup. The salad was absolutely swimming in what tasted like a grocery store dressing. Everything was bland. I am assuming that people who enjoy this place are seriously overlooking the quality of the food for the “experience” of having someone cook right in front of you. There are far better places to eat out there!

This is my 5th time going to this location and it has been amazing every time. We decided to bring all the kids with us and they all found something they liked. Even my picky eater. And by picky I mean only eats pb and j and chicken nuggets. He liked the chicken BTW. 🙂
The staff are also friendly and attentive and the hibachi chefs are so talented. They put on a show and are a joy to watch.
Portions are huge for me. My 11 yr old and I split a meal. I love this place and will recommend to everyone 🙂

I had an unbelievable experience here. I came here to eat some sushi and steak. I got here they immediately took me to the hibachi grill. I told them no I just want to sit at a table. I got a regular table and they gave me a sushi menu and that’s it. I wanted a menu with the entrees on it. They did not understand me. I tried to explain to them that I wanted sushi and steak. The waiter did not understand what I was saying. I got frustrated and said I’ll just eat the sushi. I would have spent probably $35 to $40 if they just understood English. Instead my bill was $12. Looking on the bright side, I saved money by their ignorance. Btw the sushi was okay, nothing to brag about. I will not come here again. I highly suggest eating somewhere else.
