As of 5 AM the next morning, I’m experiencing severe symptoms: vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, high fever, and chills. This is not just a bad meal—this is a serious food safety issue that could lead to hospitalization or worse.
Serving undercooked chicken is a direct violation of health and safety standards, and I’m urging corporate and management to take immediate action to address this issue and prevent this from happening to someone else.

On Friday, November 14th, my $30 order was messed up, and the manager personally wrote my name in the book and told me to come back during breakfast to correct the order. When I returned, Ms. Elaine claimed she “didn’t see it” and insisted she had to take everyone else’s order before she could even check. That level of disregard is beyond unprofessional.
Today was the final straw Ms. Elaine told me she was “too busy” to tend to my needs. I work hard for my money, and I refuse to keep supporting an establishment that does not value its customers. I want a refund for the two 3-wing platters that were messed up on Friday, in addition to the refund I received today.
I will no longer be a weekly customer. Mrs. Winners has lost my business due to the ongoing disrespect, poor service, and lack of accountability.
