Pleasantly surprised! No regrets. I’ve known of this Yeller place since I was a kid in the ’80s, but never tried it out. I just figured it was a sup par place. I finally tried it out based on positive review on FB and some stand up gestures from the owner in trying to right a perceived wrong. Dude. This place is a good place to get a bite. The subs were GOOD. Good tasting bread, fresh ingredients, AND not sloppily made! The meat to bread ratio was perfect. I got nothing bad to say or nitpick with the subs. …well maybe go back to 1980’s prices. LOL. I also tried the onion rings too. To find good onion rings is in this city is kinda hard. The onion rings were good. Not too greasy/oily, not too skinny, not thick. Just right. Kuddos to this place! Not only saving the community good subs, but also feeding the kids in time of need. Bravo Yeller!
…ps. I do have a nitpick. I wish the counter side of the place was open and clean. It would have been a kick to sit up at the counter like back in the day at a diner. Haha. Lol.

Genuinely one of the best sandwiches I’ve had to date. The service was phenomenal, they brought the food out to us and took the trash away despite being so busy. First time here and definitely not the last. Employees were great and friendly and the food was AMAZING !!!!! definitely get the dressing with your sandwich, dunno why other places haven’t done that. This is like fine dining but for sandwiches. The place was decorated amazingly

I had lunch at The Yeller Sub Restaurant and got some work done while I was there for about an hour and a half. Throughout my visit, I was checked on multiple times to see if I needed anything and if I was enjoying my lunch. The owners were incredibly accommodating and even showed me an area where I could plug in my laptop charger if needed.
Several regular customers came in while I was there, and it was clear how well the owners know their community—they greeted customers by name and even knew their orders by heart. From the moment you walk in, the vibe and greetings are warm and welcoming. It was also nice to hear other lunch guests chatting and clearly enjoying their meals.
I ordered the #4 combo with house chips and a drink, and it was delicious. The sandwich was warm, not soggy, and packed with fresh vegetables that added a perfect crisp crunch. The house chips are made fresh to order, which really shows in the quality.
Before leaving, I decided to order a sugar cone with a scoop of their cherry ice cream—and the owner kindly gave it to me for free. This business has supported the community countless times, and it truly shows in how they treat their customers.
If you’re in the area, stop by for a great sandwich, a sweet treat—or better yet, both. You won’t regret it.

I’ve seen this place since I was a kid growing up but have never went and decided today’s the day.I had the smoked turkey. Pretty great tasting sub. For how fast my food came out it was well packaged. Will definitely recommend and have to come again.

Nothing but great experiences with the yeller sub!!! This past weekend I ordered a 4 ft party sub for a birthday party. From the moment I placed the order over the phone to when I arrived to pick it up, I experienced nothing but amazing and friendly customer service. I even called to delay the pickup time, and they were super accommodating. The food was sooo good, everyone at the party loved it! They provided everything we needed to go along with the sub, and even included a birthday card! It was so good and they are so thoughtful, I will definitely be back. Thank you, Yeller Sub!! <3
