I was in the Milledgeville Georgia Taco Bell on 2/19/26 around 6:15 pm the service was horrible… waited for my food for over 45 minutes… After waiting this long I ask how long would it be before I get my food the manager told me that I just have to be patient because they were getting the people at the drive through first . mind you it was about 4 people working.. when the employee finally got my order ready after the long wait I ask can I get some jalapeños peppers she said okay.. the manager came around the corner and told her to make sure she charge me for the peppers…

If you need your food the same day don’t go here because you will sit in the drive thru line 24 hours before anyone takes an order and I ordered through the app thinking I would get my food and go. I sure as hell was wrong

I just spent over an hour sitting in the Taco Bell drive thru . They had the delivery truck blocking everyone in /out . No one was taking orders for over 45 mins . I called ( while still blocked in the line ) to ask why no one was taking orders and some guy answered and said “ because we are catching up on DoorDash orders “ …… !! So finally we got to the speaker and sat there while the girl told us to wait over and over for 10 mins and no we couldn’t use our app . And they got my simple order wrong 🙂 so wouldn’t recommend!!

I have never in my entire life witnessed a taco bell ran SO poorly than this one in Milledgeville, GA. No matter what time of the day you come, the service is absolutely terrible and your order will 90% of the time be wrong. I can’t count how many times they have messed up the most simplest orders. The workers have to be borderline incoherent, blind or completely unable to pay any attention to detail.
You have to wait almost 10 minutes before someone can take your order at the drive thru menu and again, your order will 9 times out of 10 be WRONG.
Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT go here, even if it’s the last restaurant open, you will be highly dissatisfied. The managers should truly be ashamed of themselves for allowing this place to be ran like this. I will be calling the corporate offices to get to the bottom of how this is even remotely possible for one of their franchises to be neglected like this. Just sad for Taco Bell and humanity. Do. Better.

I tried again. Once again, half the order was wrong. Not even the correct items. Im sure that’s my fault for not checking the bag before making the 25min drive home. I did give some stars for service because the sweet young lady working the window was so very friendly. Everything else NEEDS WORK. We used to go multiple times a week. Now its less than once a year. We’ve been disappointed every time. Its not like corporate or the franchisee ever has reached out and tried to make things right either. Total silence.

I went through drivethrough today at lunch and got a nacho supreme and 2 burritos. The food was fine but the server put over 30 packs of hot sauce in the bag. Why so many? I will eventually use all of them but why is it necessary to put so many packets with an order. I can’t figure how they can be so wasteful. This must be the reason they are always out.

Went to Taco Bell at around 1:00AM and their computers were down. We hung around until they came back up and ordered our food. I ordered a taco & burrito party pack and waited a little while to get it. Service was good, food was good, but the cooks seemed to care less than the people at the window which is kind of irritating.
I would still recommend this location and would say that it’s one of the better Taco Bell’s to enjoy!
P.S. A company doesn’t deserve a 1 star rating just because they gave you “To many hot sauce packets” google should allow companies to fight unfair reviews like that.

Zoe made the order to perfection and as I watched her prepare my items, I could see the care for the craft of the preparation.
I can easily see her managing a store, running her own restaurant or chain.
Also, shout-out to the team around her that had the items ready to go for the order she built.
It tasted very good.
