I love this McDonald’s. Everyone is efficient and friendly and I’ve never had any issues at this McDonalds. The sandwiches are above-average compared to the other facilities in the area. Everyone is extremely friendly and efficient. The manager Miguel is awesome!I get a kick out of watching the kids running around in the play area with their socks on, it just gives the whole facility a neighborhood family feel. You won’t be disappointed, this McDonald’s is A cut above the rest.
Their new Columbian coffee? Magnifico!
And, I can’t say enough about the ladies at the window in the morning, they are always smiling, always engaging, and they have a joke on certain days, LOL. This really is a neighborhood hub, with Social Security and family services right across the street, folks can get their coffee or iced tea while they’re standing in the heat or cold waiting for them to open. I usually go there every morning, and sometimes in the evening depending on my granddaughters, LOL. It really is a United Nations of employees there, I’m lovin it!

My family and I recently visited this McDonald’s and we had a really positive experience, especially thanks to the play place! It was such a relief to find it nice and clean, which isn’t always the case at fast-food restaurants. The kid had a fantastic time burning off some energy, and it made our meal much more enjoyable knowing they were playing in a well-maintained space. Overall, the entire restaurant was noticeably clean, which always makes for a more pleasant dining experience. We appreciate the effort put into keeping the facility in such great shape.

There is this older women who works the drive thru and window she is the greatest this micky is has usually the freshest fries perfectly salted and rarely have they ever made mistakes on the order. Today, I stopped in for lunch with a screaming toddler. The cashier in the drive-through was sweet and got us in and out quickly. This location always provides friendly customer service and fresh, hot food.

I understand that it’s not breakfast but I asked for an oatmeal which I ask for in every other location and they give it to me, but this store refused to give me one due to the “past breakfast rule”. It was a small request. I won’t buy from this location anymore.

Very rude night staff, in particularly someone named Carlos was bluntly rude due to the payment method I used. Being a parent and using a rewards Visa card that can be used in various of stores isn’t funny and to laugh at someone’s face and make comments is very poor customer service.

The staff was polite, but the food was really disappointing. The fries were cold and stale, and my chicken nuggets were also cold. We brought the fries back and were told they were fresh, but they came out the same way again — still cold and stale. Probably the worst fries we’ve ever had from McDonald’s.
